We had a room very nice but the clients on the up floor were making a lot of noise. We complain about that, and the hotel immediately change our room for another even nicer far from the noise and also offer to us the breakfast complimentary. We really appreciate the actions of the hotel. The ubication of the hotel is perfect. You can walk everywhere from there and have the train Starion like 200 mts from the hotel. We really like it the hotel.

Our stay here was really great! It's less than a minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal Station. When we arrived early to store our luggage before check in, a room was available so we were able to check in earlier. The room even had a view that included Centraal Station. It is close to a lot of great food options. Although we didn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, the ambience was very cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and the room and bathroom was spacious. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

The hotel's location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Amsterdam. The building is charming and the bed very comfortable. We liked the coffee machine available all day. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had many choices and was very good. I would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The saving of this hotel is that it is very convenient for the station. Room ok but very poor shower and bath. By mistake went down fire escape stairs and door was BLOCKED. Area outside entrance to hotel very dirty, even vomit one day. Generally Amsterdam was dirty with lots of rubbish on streets. Rotterdam is much cleaner!

This Horel is a haven amoungst the chaos of a very dirty Amsterdam.... As soon as you came in through the doors (which you had a electronic key for) you felt safe and secure ,only guest could use the hotel and we found this fabulous..10 out of 10 for the Sain Nicolas..Not so for Amsterdam !!

Deadbolt didn’t work, recommended taxi was a surprise Uber and there was a staff in the room at 3:30pm for 10 plus minutes doing “turn down” with no turn down supplies or visible evidence he did anything except shock us when we entered the room and found him in the bathroom.
