隔音不太好，通常只有一個人顧飯店，剛到的時候，還在門外等了一下，不過遇到房間升等，很大間，床鋪很軟，交通方便，出門就是河，非常漂亮

small rooms and bad toilet ventilation

Wifi幾乎無法使用，跟飯店反映不理。房間窗外早上8點好幾個工人出現，很沒隱私。無洗髮精。無電梯，且樓梯非常窄，行李非常難提。沒冷氣，7月初熱到半夜醒來。隔音差，樓上走路聲ㄧ清二楚。

Nice room good price

Good location to city, Hotel a little run down, but reflected in price. Due to rowdy guests and no sound proofing, was very noisy through to early hours of the morning

Veel muggen, handdoek was weggehaald bij het schoonmaken. Verder wel stille kamers, prettige locatie.

Heater in the room was not working properly. Not impressed considering value for the money.

localização excelente em Amsterdã , mas o hotel é simples, atende para descanso, mas sem muito conforto . Como hospedagem na cidade é cara, de forma geral , é uma boa opção , atende .

It was just ok, Wasn’t informed that it was a basement room at booking or I wouldn’t of booked to be honest Very small window in room where no sunlight came into but had a window directly across from it with a light constantly shining in and you couldn’t cover the window and very bad lighting in the room also rubbish bins were not changed in room during stay. The room was very noisy also you could hear every movement so no peaceful sleep was had Wasn’t worth the money paid which was very disappointing

The staff was nice, specially the guy from Nepal was very nice and humble. Price was alright as well.

The lack of heat in the room made it a little uncomfortable to sleep in. Outside of that, it was cool.

Voor €260 kamer gehuurd voor 1 nacht. ter plaatse nog eens €33. Tot half 4 moeten wachten op kamer. Kamer onwaarschijnlijk klein. Wastafel met de grote van een toiletwasbakje.Veel herrie. Slecht en te duur. nooit meer!

Overall a good stay! It was a capable walk with my luggage off of the train from the airport. Wonderful area with many restaurants, shops, market, cafe etc. All of the staff at the front desk were wonderful. I went at all different hours and everyone helped and answered my questions graciously. I stayed in Townhouse 816 and it was clean and comfortable. My only misunderstanding was not knowing there was different properties. So I had to carry my bags again across the street. Luckily I was only on the 1st floor so I didn’t have to carry my bags far but there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow so I felt bad for whomever was on the top floor. I also didn’t know the bathroom and shower were on separate floors. Not bad just different but you get used to it. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

The staff is friendly, and the room is clean, there’re small shops around. The view of the canals looks nice, especially with lights in the evening. But the room was not ready when checking in at 3:00p.m.

El hotel està bien , pero se escucha mucho los ruidos y por la noche al subir y bajar por las escaleras los ruidos no te dejan dormir.

Situation près du centre touristique. On a eu la chance d'avoir vue sur les canaux Mais hotel un peu bruyant.
