隔音不太好，通常只有一個人顧飯店，剛到的時候，還在門外等了一下，不過遇到房間升等，很大間，床鋪很軟，交通方便，出門就是河，非常漂亮

Wifi幾乎無法使用，跟飯店反映不理。房間窗外早上8點好幾個工人出現，很沒隱私。無洗髮精。無電梯，且樓梯非常窄，行李非常難提。沒冷氣，7月初熱到半夜醒來。隔音差，樓上走路聲ㄧ清二楚。

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. It was good value for money given the location closed to public transport and walkability into the centre.

The hotel was as advertised and is located in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and museums. The facility was under renovation when I was there which made check in crowded. The stairs are steep and likely not an issue for younger travelers. I struggled a little with the stairs while carry my bags.

Wasn't the part of the hotel I booked , TV didn't work and let staff know on 1st day this wasn't rectified or sorted , wasn't made aware of on going construction works , would have booked else where

Good location and price-quality ratio for this city. The room was comfortable and clean. All good!

Quarto bem pequeno, ralo estava entupido, tivemos um inconveniente durante a madrugada , a fachada do hotel estava em reforma (com diversos andaimes do lado de fora) e na madrugada outro hóspede tentou entrar no hotel pela janela do nosso quarto.

The hotel is currently a building site. Was not informed prior about construction works going on. Construction noise from early morning. Construction equipment and supplies at the entrance. Reception area was a building site. Scaffolding and workers outside our bedroom window. Hotel common areas very dirty from construction. Had no hot water in the bathroom sink. When I asked about this was told “you got the room at a good price, and don’t think cold water will be a problem for you. And maybe it’s just Ansterdam” Staff were not concerned about not having hot water!!! Bathroom also smelled very strongly of bleach on arrival which we later noticed was covering up the smell of old urine. Was offered room at a sister hotel, but that was very dirty. Stains on bedroom walls and overall dirty.

La habitación estaba con un olor insoportable a insecticida. El baño compartido no se aseaba todos los días. Nuestra habitacion tenia una ventana. La cusl daba a un andamio por donde paseaban constructores.

Good location to city, Hotel a little run down, but reflected in price. Due to rowdy guests and no sound proofing, was very noisy through to early hours of the morning

Veel muggen, handdoek was weggehaald bij het schoonmaken. Verder wel stille kamers, prettige locatie.
