ITC 호텔

먼저 호텔앞에 트램역이 있어서 매우 접근성이 좋습니다. 한국에서 출발하기전에 어떻게 호텔에 올수있는지 방법을 메일로 보내줘서 좋았습니다. 방이 작은것은 감안하고 갔지만 침대가 매우 작았습니다. 방음이 잘 되지않아 쿵쿵거리는 소리가 크게 들립니다. 아침 조식은 9.5EUR로 이용할 수 있는데, 베이컨이 없습니다.(중요) 하지만 직원이 매우친철해서 좋았습니다.

일단 가장 큰 단점이 방에서 와이파이가안된다... 로비에서 밖에 안되는데 도보로 2분정도 ㅜ 그리고 숙소가 너무추워 난방도 잘 안되고 무엇보다 방도 너무좁다.., 장점은 직원분들이 정말 착하셔서 어떻게든 도와주실려고한다!!!

생각보다 중앙역에서 멀었어요. 걸어서 25분 정도? 캐리어 끌고 가기엔 좀 멉니다. 스텝은 친절했지만 가장 놀랐던 건 방이 반지하? ^^;;; 지나가는 사람들이 창으로 들여다보던 놀라운 경험을 했답니다. 네덜란드의 길쭉한 가옥 특성 상 그렇게 지었을 수 있지만 바로 앞 운하를 내려다보고 싶었는데 지나가는 사람들 다리만 보다 와서 좀 서운했어요. 하지만 스텝은 친절했구요. 공항 갈 때 택시도 싼 가격에 불러 주셔서 좋았어요. 가까이에 동양 음식 테이크 아웃 되는 가게도 있고 대형 마트도 3분 거리에 있었구. 관광하기는 좋았던 것 같습니다. 욕실과 화장실 구분이 없어서 조금 불편하긴 했지만. 청소는 깨끗하게 잘 해주셨어요. 단 다른 사람들 말씀처럼 방음이 좀.... 안되어서 조금 불편했습니다. 친절한 스텝분들께 감사인사 전해요~

Our room was in extremely poor condition — it was located in the basement, dirty, and had bugs crawling around. We decided to check out a day early. While we informed the staff, their only response was that they “found no bugs” when they checked the room (likely because we had already killed them). Despite these issues, they refused to refund us for the night we didn’t stay..

Bed wasn't amazing and would gave liked to have my own shower and toilet, but other then that, amazing.

Small rooms and difficultly in getting bags thru narrow stairway to top floors.

155 euros pour une nuit dans une chambre sans fenêtre. Pas de possibilité d’aérer et pas de climatisation non plus. Une chaleur difficile à supporter. 4 marches à descendre pour accès à la salle de bain. Serviettes tachées qu’on a du changer. Taxe de séjour de 20 euros à deux pour une nuit! Ce qui n’était pas le montant mentionné à la réservation. L’arnaque totale!

If you are a rock climber and don’t mind claustrophobic spaces the place isn’t bad. If you are carrying suitcases you are going to have a hard time. Stairway is very steep. Staff were pleasant but the city of Amsterdam is filthy. I have bragged to friends about how clean Europe is compared to the US. Amsterdam is filthy.

It is close to a good area. That is all I can say about it. Narrow stairs to go upstairs. Really loud all around at night. No air conditioning.

What a strange room. There was a window up at the top of one wall and the window was left open and there was no way to reach it to close it because it was too high. People outside could actually see down into my room. I didn't realize this until I got out of the show and was standing naked next to the bed. Great. The bathroom access was down three steps. Yes, it was in the room but really strange to walk down three steps to access the toilet and shower. It was cave-like. I hit my head on the wall trying to sit down on the toilet because the room was that small. The room was NOT connected to the hotel. It was across the street (across a canal). People walking in and out of the building at all hours of the night. The floors creeked. Tiny little room - No place to put my (small) suitcase or carry on bag. Yes, there was a desk, but it was about the size of large suitcase. The sink was in the room, NOT the bathroom and there was almost not counter space at all. Nowhere to place toiletries. Would NOT recommend this place - not even at the price. Pay more and get what you expect.

Customer service at reception was great. Staff were helpful. Unfortunately the single room was in another building on the other side of the road, not in the main hotel, and it was very cramped. I also got bitten by a mosquito in 6 different areas including my face, which caused it to swell up 24 hours later. Aside from the location in the city centre, which itself is great, there is nothing much positive to say about this hotel. It's more like a hostel and i would rate it a 2* at best.

O hotel fica razoavelmente bem localizado, porém a estrutura é pessima. Se você tem sono leve, procure outro. As portas para serem abertas, precisam de força, o que faz muito barulho, até as 01:00h da madrugada você ouve todo mundo abrindo e fechando porta, o que torna extremamente desconfortável. O último dia precisava dormir porque tinha voo cedo no dia seguinte, foi um inferno, não dava para dormir com a barulheira de abrir e fechar a porta

Good location accessibility but room is not clean. Previous guest garbage are left behind and dirt and left over trash under the bed. Area is so noisy, you have to open your windows to have air and you will hear screaming outside from neighbouring restaurants. Building needs fixing.

Excellent location. The basics for the room. Nice shower.
