Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only improvement I’d suggest is that the swimming pool could be heated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautifully designed hotel, in a great location.
Easy to get to from Rotterdam Central Station- it’s only a few stops on the tram or underground to virtually the door of the hotel.
Very sophisticated interior design with a lounge overlooking the harbour behind the hotel, and bar/ restaurant on the lower dockside level which looked great.
Receptionist was very welcoming, and helpful.
We had a very spacious city view room on the 10th floor with great outlook . Everything was beautifully designed, bed was huge and comfortable, and bathroom was stunning.
The location was perfect for seeing all the sites, it’s only a few minutes walk to the river, the shopping area, the Depot museum and the Markethall.
The pool and spa looked nice, but we didn’t use them.
Highly recommended!

I enjoyed an excellent stay here, making good use of the facilities, but unfortunately the pool was taped off when I wanted to use it and whilst the breakfast offered an excellent variety, minor improvements could be made.

Ik was vroeger vaak bij dit hotel geweest. Dit keer merk ik echt dat veel zijn achteruit gegaan. Lange wachten rij bij de receptie, de personeel zijn niet echt vriendelijk.

Rommet var stort og rent. Personale var imøtekommende men korte. I annonsen sto det opplyst betalt parkering. Det ordnet seg etter hvert.
Ansatt på hotellet skrapte fronten på leiebilen uten å opplyse oss om det, meget dårlig av hotellet. Anbefaler ingen å benytte seg av dette hotellet hvis du har bil.

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only improvement I’d suggest is that the swimming pool could be heated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautifully designed hotel, in a great location.

An excellent hotel which I have stayed in for many years for the North Sea Jazz Festival.
Staff are all friendly, polite and have a must go over and above approach to assisting the guests.
It’s location is perfect for visiting the city and attending the festival.

Hotel muito bom mesmo! Quarto excelente, grande, espaçoso, banheiro e chuveiro excelente, cama muito confortável, roupa de cama e banho perfeitas!
A localização era muito boa, próximo a famosa rua witte de withstraat cheia de bares e muito perto do Markthal tudo dando pra ir a pé!
Restaurante do Hotel e do anexo tambem era excelentes!
Tivemos uma estadia muito boa, sem defeitos! Recomendo a todos!

i enjoyed the view of the water, also walking alongside the water to all the excellent restaurants made my stay very nice. the lobby where you could just read a book and have something to drink. The breakfast is excellent. staff also very friendly. shops 10 min walking or the tram just in front of the hotel.
