The coffee machine was broken so reported it to the receptionist. She took that machine away. Then later that day, I was in the room napping and I had the do not disturb sign on but that did not stopped the receptionist and the housekeeper from using their master key to enter my room. Why? Because they HAD to replace the coffee machine. Spoke to the manager Alex. She just shrugged it off. When pressed what is she going to do about it, she offered me breakfast and that's it. Being a solo female traveler, this made me feel pretty unsafe so I stacked my luggage against the door from then on.

Room was hot with no discernable a/c, and bed very uncomfortable.

Was a nice stay, couldn't get the coffee machine working but think that was just me, but worked lovely for hot water. But pillows were gorgeous! Good for backpacking trip

Overall good room, very spacious.

Kamer was zeker in orde , kamer is beter dan wat je verwacht in het gebouw. Extra betalen voor een kamer die al klaar is 30 min voor 'officiele incheck ' en later uitchecken ook weer betalen. Die onverwachte extra kosten maken het weer.sneller stuk duurder . Snelle verbinding met ov naar Sloterdijk .

Hotel wa sterible, worker Sabrina was not helpful at all and she was rude. Rooms were dirty. Very noisy and not secure. The worse about this hotel is the customer service they advertise and not provide

This hotel was adequate for a trip to Amsterdam. The tram and bus was nearby. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned even though the cleaners came to the room. The wifi worked and it was quiet at night.

Very nice hotel, located close to the center, nice clean rooms. A large selection of breakfasts.

Otel şehrin dışında ama önünde durak var ulaşımı kolay . Odalar standar olculerde değil . 6 aile kaldık her oda farklıydı kimi balkona bakıyordu kimi kısmen karanlık ve ufakdi . Ama genel olarak güzeldi tavsiye ederim.

Area was a but sus, rooms had thin walls so I could hear plenty of noises, i saw a cleaning lady enter a room that clearly had the do not disturb sign on, my sheets were dirty (they had weird spots). But overall, the busses/trams you need to take to get to the city center are nearby, so not entirely bad

A bit disappointed. At first the front desk was accommodating. However, afterwards the front desk clerk became annoyed, condescending, and was very rude. Apparently, we asked too many questions. We asked that they replace the vanity light as it was burned out, which they never did. Also, they forgot to provide us with towels. When we requested them, they said that they ran out. I don’t recommend anyone stay here. For a few extra $$ you can find better accommodations.

Ailecek üç kişilik odada 4 gün kaldık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, imkanlar da oldukça yeterliydi. 21 numaralı otobüsle otelin tam önünden merkeze gidebilir, tüm gün dilediğinizce gezip gece istediğiniz saatte otelin 40 metre yakınında inebilirsiniz. Çevrede çok sayıda market ve pazar mevcuttur. Gece geç saatte bile gelseniz hemen yakındaki Kayserili bir usta tarafından yönetilen İstanbul Döner'de nefis ürünlerle karnınızı doyurabilirsiniz. Türkler için Türkçe konuşan esnaf taksici ve personel büyük avantaj. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Temiz,uygun fiyatlı ve güvenli bir yer arayanlar için ideal.

Das Viertel ist sehr dubios. Man fühlt sich gerade als Frau nicht sehr sicher. Man ist zumindest bei unseren Zimmer direkt über einen Shisha Bar gewesen. Es war sehr laut bis spät abends.

The welcome is friendly and polite, the reception staff has a positive attitude towards foreign guests. The hotel location is an ordinary city hotel but comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 stars was that there was a 150 m long corridor from the room to the lobby. Since our room was at the end of the corridor, it was a long way from the lobby. The breakfast place was in the basement and mediocre. There was no toaster. Apart from that, you have to go outside to smoke. However, there was the opportunity to go to the attic. I can say that everything else was perfect. The breakfast variety was nice, the staff was good with the necessary courtesy and help. Among the recommended hotels.

Har ikke noe negativt å si på hotellet. Fint hotell med god service. Selve hotellets plassering virket litt utrygt. Vi gikk ikke mye der på kveldstid. Heldigvis var buss og trikkestopp rett utenfor døren. Disse gikk kontinuerlig gjennom dagen 👌 Vi valgte og ikke spise frokost der så kan ikke uttale meg noe om den.

The long hallway had a Stephen King vibe, but the room was comfortable and cool.
