The property is conveniently located from dining, shopping and transportation. I can’t ask for more. Breakfast is always served fresh and the dining staff they’re both so nice and welcoming. I will definitely comeback in Amsterdam with the same hotel.

Absolutely amazing! 100% recommend. Its very close to public transport, which takes you to the airport and into the city! The room was clean and it was lovely and warm, I slept like a baby! Would definitely stay again!

All is great. The location is near the tram station, and you can easily find halal food near the hotel. The machine coffee in the room was great. Absolutely will come back someday if going back to Amsterdam!

Unfortunately our room was quite far from the lift but that wasn’t big of an issue. When we arrived, the female staff was really lovely and made us feel welcomed. Our stay was short but would definitely rebook at this hotel again.

The hotel is very excellent, because it is located just in front of bus and tram halte as well as supermarket and halal fried chicken that I and my family could buy food and halal food. In addition, the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hence, I strongly recommend this hotel if you visit Amsterdam...

The coffee machine was broken so reported it to the receptionist. She took that machine away. Then later that day, I was in the room napping and I had the do not disturb sign on but that did not stopped the receptionist and the housekeeper from using their master key to enter my room. Why? Because they HAD to replace the coffee machine. Spoke to the manager Alex. She just shrugged it off. When pressed what is she going to do about it, she offered me breakfast and that's it. Being a solo female traveler, this made me feel pretty unsafe so I stacked my luggage against the door from then on.

This hotel was adequate for a trip to Amsterdam. The tram and bus was nearby. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned even though the cleaners came to the room. The wifi worked and it was quiet at night.

Area was a but sus, rooms had thin walls so I could hear plenty of noises, i saw a cleaning lady enter a room that clearly had the do not disturb sign on, my sheets were dirty (they had weird spots). But overall, the busses/trams you need to take to get to the city center are nearby, so not entirely bad

A bit disappointed. At first the front desk was accommodating. However, afterwards the front desk clerk became annoyed, condescending, and was very rude. Apparently, we asked too many questions. We asked that they replace the vanity light as it was burned out, which they never did. Also, they forgot to provide us with towels. When we requested them, they said that they ran out. I don’t recommend anyone stay here. For a few extra $$ you can find better accommodations.

Check-in and out was smooth, staff were helpful and the room was decently sized and well-cleaned (although it smelled like cigarettes). The hotel is located in a lively area with lots of restaurants and shops around it. There are also excellent transportation links. I would stay in this hotel again.

The location was good but the bathroom had disgusting smell although the fan was working 24 hours.There was no air refresher either.I think the hotel manager should resolve this issue as soon as possible. The matress was fine but the pillows were very bad I couldn’t have a good sleep. This hotel had no mini bar or fridge so we couldn’t drink cold soft drink or even water in our room.We had to go out and pay €2.5 every time for each small water bottle. There was a nice resturant called Deli Morroco the other side of street the opposite of bus stop we enjoyed wonderful breakfast and dinner with better prices than any other resturants next to the hotel.
