XO Hotels Infinity

Air conditioning not working, room was full of cobwebs and stank of mold! Mattress was thin and extremely uncomfortable! Noisy wasn't the word for this hotel didn't sleep all weekend, staff rude and very unhelpful no electricity on arrival had to use touch on my phone to see where we were going! Would have asked for a full refund if anyone was working on reception! Breakfast is a complete waste of time save your money

It was basic area isn't the greatest but easy to get to bus stops

Room was very good for the price. Small but clean and well organized. Be wary if you have trouble walking. The hall way is easily 200m long. We were at the very end. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Tram stops right in front.

The staff were wonderful, but the rooms were interesting. There was not a fitted sheet on our mattress so the sheets kept coming off and we had to keep fixing them. The shower was also slow to drain. The AC was good and so was the water pressure and breakfast.

The staff here were most helpful. The single room was a little small but had everything required. The breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold choices and helpful staff members. The hotel is very conveniently sited for public transport links, bus, tram.

Very nice room, comfortable and clean.

The room was comfy. Not huge space but enough. Location is great. Very close to tram/bus stop. Takes around 15 mins to go to the city centre. The service was good too.

The room was really clean, staff was amazing! Pretty loud though, we could hear the adjacent rooms watching TikTok’s and chatting till 1am! Bus stop and tram literally across the road! Would stay again!

Ok hotel, not in central Amsterdam but transportation to the center is pretty easy. Tram and bus station is in front of the hotel

The coffee machine was broken so reported it to the receptionist. She took that machine away. Then later that day, I was in the room napping and I had the do not disturb sign on but that did not stopped the receptionist and the housekeeper from using their master key to enter my room. Why? Because they HAD to replace the coffee machine. Spoke to the manager Alex. She just shrugged it off. When pressed what is she going to do about it, she offered me breakfast and that's it. Being a solo female traveler, this made me feel pretty unsafe so I stacked my luggage against the door from then on.

Room was hot with no discernable a/c, and bed very uncomfortable.

Was a nice stay, couldn't get the coffee machine working but think that was just me, but worked lovely for hot water. But pillows were gorgeous! Good for backpacking trip

Overall good room, very spacious.
