I loved the hotel but was given the wrong information about transit from the Amsterdam Train station. Getting there the 1st day was terrible -had to walk a long way - when we did finally get there the hotel staff informed us there was a bus within a 5 minute walk - we took the free ferry (in front of the train station) then caught a bus #38 (there are 2 different #38 buses - the bus #38 we took to the hotel also had a name that started with b on it. Sorry
I can’t remember the spelling but would contact the hotel to get the correct name. We would stay there again at this hotel.

Everyone at the receptionist was extremely helpful: give us recommendations of restaurants in Amsterdam. Very cool public area which opened 24 hours for snacks and coffee, and very pleased with heated towel rack. It's pretty crucial during winter!

I loved the hotel but was given the wrong information about transit from the Amsterdam Train station. Bad transportation in noord area 30 minute walk unless your really fit.
Staff in general ok but not knowledgeable about transport in the area breakfast was okay but staff at breakfast weren’t interested and wouldn’t fetch more cutlery when it ran out very disappointed with the breakfast which should be included but cost 40 euros for 2 people

Stayed for four nights with my two children. Hotel and staff were excellent and would stay again when back in Amsterdam (and would try in other cities). 15 min walk to free ferry into Amsterdam Central.
Breakfast was very expensive so chose to eat elsewhere. Room was small but excellent. Would have benefited from having tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Large lounge area with games for the whole family, well equipped gym, great bar and restaurant areas. Bar and restaurant staff really friendly. Menu is child friendly and not too expensive.

Everything was nice and clean, slightly sound prof I could still hear some ppl in the rooms around me. Only minor thing is that the hair dryer did not have an attachment.
