Small but very well-thought-through room. Everything I needed. Full black-out window shade, ironing board, well-lit bike rack outside, etc. Canal-side patio out back is nice. Only minor complaint was LED light behind button to turn on the sink mirror, which I had to cover to get to sleep.

Staff was extremely accommodating, with my last minute date change. Compared to where the hotel is in Amsterdam, You're on the north side of the city. You will have to take a fairy across which is free to Amsterdam square or Central Amsterdam. It's only about a 10-minute walk and a 5-minute ferry ride. Hotel is very small where it's located. It's ample because you're around other shops, restaurants and supermarkets relatively close. More or less right on the edge of the tourist industry. This is my third stay here. Most of the time when I visit to Amsterdam. I'm usually at this location. Staff is wonderful.

Everyone at the receptionist was extremely helpful: give us recommendations of restaurants in Amsterdam. Very cool public area which opened 24 hours for snacks and coffee, and very pleased with heated towel rack. It's pretty crucial during winter!

The hotel is located in Amsterdam Noord, across the water. To be honest it was not the easiest to find at first. The hotel room was very compact, so it felt a bit too small for two people even though it was a double room. The other hotel facilities appeared to be great; we were there for one night only so we didn't get to experience them.

The staff is very nice and friendly, location is close to Amsterdam central. The room is good for solo travellers but for couples or family might feel tight, there is no separation between bedroom and bathroom so it could be uncomfortable at times.

Concierge staff were really good and friendly. I wish I could say the same about the bar staff, they were quite rude and always put the locals first before us the tourists! The hotel looks modern for sure, quite expensive and it does take you around 40 minutes (walk and ferry ) to get to the City. We booked the First Class room which it was a bit spacious and it did cost as well more. However, the carpets are very dirty, stained - same goes for the entire furniture in the room. Overall was a good experience, especially as the Concierge team made our stay pleasant, but not sure I will return until the carpets are being cleaned and of course hopefully the bar staff will treat us the tourists as equals at least when it comes to customer service expectations.

the room was excellent! comfortable, very silent and clean. I loved the A/C given the hot week I stayed and easy to switch on/off. I had food once only as I tend to go out rather, it was a pizza peperoni, but as Italian I was not totally impressed by it ;-) but it was ok. "Italian standards" however my friend had the burger and it was very good.

We arrived at 1pm and were able to check in right away. Eduardo was there to help us with a very quick and efficient check-in process. We’re by our room in less than 5 minutes. Room was very nice, modern and clean. The back of the bed goes up and down like a couch so you can sit straight if you’re reading or watching tv. We rented a bike for 24h (36 euros for 2 bikes) and was amazing. The location of the hotel was awesome, just a few minutes walk from the Centraal station, a calmer and cleaner area than the city centre, very quiet during the day or night. The gym was awesome. They had lemon water. Also, if you’re staying 3 days, we got a $10 card to use at the restaurant or grab/go by not having cleaning service during our stay. There was also lemon water at all times, the nice deck restaurant (we didn’t eat there) but we lounged there. Have a few board games. Staff was the nicest, also gave us tourist options to do around. We’d love to come back to Yotel
