奧克蘭索菲特高架橋港酒店

床太軟，以及要加強清潔

兩年前入住過這酒店，今次入住感覺差了，尤其清潔方面，今次入住的房間，廁所內有異味，洗手盤有污漬，我自己清洗了幾次才能使用，但其他方面還是很好。

ㄧ切的服務都很好，交通也很方便。

地段非常好，服务非常好，就是感觉房间比较细。

Love their breakfast with plenty choice! The hotel is close by harbor with nice view and restaurants. Convenient and luxury place for holiday.

I will be more than happy to offer 5 if the concierge guy be more friendly to us, the Chinese tourist. I have 4 person together including my wife and two kids but didn't feel "warm" from the concierge guy. Maybe my money stinks??!

We stayed at Sofitel Viaduct Harbour for 5 nights, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. What stood out the most was how genuinely kind and friendly they were to my son—they made him feel so special every single day. Whether it was a warm greeting at the front desk, a thoughtful surprise, or just taking the time to chat with him, their attention made our stay unforgettable. He had such a great time, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful team here. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and perfectly located for exploring Auckland. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. We also loved the pool and the calm atmosphere throughout the property. Thank you, Sofitel, for going above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!

Bed was humpbacked, not a lung but 2 twins pushed tight. First room was next to a bus depot that was incredibly loud. Broken coffee maker. Plugs by bed too low to plug in anything but a thin plug.

My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a luxury room with a balcony which was lovely. The deep soaking bath was also lovely! Nice quiet room and very friendly staff. We look forward to returning again soon.

Excellent staff and excellent property.

The service was amazing, staff are all friendly. You ask for room service and you get it quickly. Complementary bottle of champagne given to celebrate my wife's birthday. Swimming pool and spa are great. There are saunas in the female and male bathrooms - I wish there was a co-gender sauna room so my wife and I could go together. Apart from that everything was perfect including the breakfast buffet. Thank you team at Sofitel!
