The bathroom had strong water pressure and a stable water temperature, and the front desk staff were very kind. However, there were several stains on the bed sheets. Also, although the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed, the door was still opened, which was a bit surprising

Loved the location. It was close enough to walk everywhere and removed enough to not have any noise. Staff was extremely helpful with lots of suggestions.

S:網路快速;全天候免費供應熱茶熱咖啡
W:1.隔一天才有清潔人員, 需要毛巾的話需要主動跟櫃台要;2.地點離公車站稍微遠一點, 冬天拖著行李箱步行在雪上會很辛苦, 門口有個超級大斜坡;房間比想像中小, 地板是深色地毯, 感覺比較髒.

Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Small issue with TV not working but only because I wanted something going on in the background so not really a problem but regular channel was disabled. Otherwise sufficient for my needs and convenient location to downtown Tromso

Excellent séjour au Smarthotel
La position géographique de l’hôtel est parfaite, très proche des points de rencontre pour les excursions, ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Le service et l’accueil sont vraiment au top.
Je tiens à souligner tout particulièrement la personne présente à l’accueil le 10 janvier 2026 dans l’après-midi : accueil chaleureux, professionnalisme et grande disponibilité.
Le petit déjeuner est également parfait, très varié et de qualité.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The room is clean, basic and very small. Hanging space is 3 hangers on a hook on the wall….not ideal when you need full winter gear for temperatures below freezing.

Hotel situato nel centro città’, molto comodo per le partenze delle varie escursioni raggiungibili a piedi.
Le camere standard, con moquette, sono davvero troppo piccole, non è presente nemmeno un armadio dove poter riporre i bagagli.
Colazione molto buona.
