Excellent food!! Very good bar!! The room was pretty warm when we first entered The A/C only works in you have a room key inserted in the A/C relay. Had to wait a long time for the shower water to get hot, but it did get there. Service people were helpful, efficient and friendly. Will do anything to make your stay remarkable.

Great service oriented staff

The room was clean, bedding was clean, the shower had decent water pressure and good hot water. The staff were fantastic and the restaurant serves very tasty meals at a good price for ample portion sizes. The airport shuttle left on time and got us safely to the airport. All in all, this is a great place to stay. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that there are dings and dents and signs of wear and tear, so possibly needs a little bit of renovating/up keep to look better. But overall, I would stay there again.

Excelente lugar, la atención impecable

Reservamos una habitación apta para mascotas, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaba disponible y que nos tenían que hacer downgrade y no nos iban a dar nada a cambio, aun cuando ya estaba prepagada y era no rembolsable. Fuimos con una mascota. Luego de una pésima experiencia en el check in, el resto del personal y la administración hicieron un excelente trabajo que sí nos hizo sentir en casa. No nos cobraron el fee por mascota y nos dieron múltiples amenidades. Juan Carlos, Alanis, Yessenia, Elizabeth (Housekeeping) fueron extremadamente amables y esperamos verlos pronto. Nos hicieron sentir en casa. Fueron muy atentos con nosotros y con mi mascota durante todo el tiempo. Juan Carlos trajo un plato para que mi mascota pudiera tomar agua. Incluso me ayudó a calentar su comida especial ya que ella sigue una dieta. Alanis fue súper amable en todo momento. Yessenia en Alimentos y Bebidas muy atenta. De verdad que me sentí apenado, pero muy agradecido por todo lo que hicieron. Nos hospedaremos de vuelta con ustedes. Gracias y disculpen por las molestias,

Spacious room and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff

El lugar me sorprendió para bien. Éramos 4 personas con niños y una mascota. Limpio, con estacionamiento, restaurante la calidad de la comida es muy buena la atención es excelente , por ej Madelaine y el señor del restaurante también, un trato amable , humano , educado y profesional. En el caso de la chica hasta de temperatura del aire acondicionado y del agua por mi hijo que estaba con gripe.Volvería excelente atención. Es pet friendly,.pero es bueno saber que uno debe pagar por la mascota 25 dólares una única vez, y un depósito de 100 por si hay algún daño por la mascota. Si está todo ok lo reembolsan. El personal de limpieza también super amables, hasta un pote con agua nos trajo una señora el primer día. Conviene saber que con la mascota no se puede ingresar al restaurante con aire , sino que se debe estar afuera en mesas y sillas externas.

Very nice staff and very clean. Only problem was the air went out during the night and i woke up sweating but things like this can happen.

Staff were courteous. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good for regular food but only options for Gluten free were eggs, fruit and corn fritters
