I’m from New York honestly this hotel had everything I needed there is bars and restaurants inside the hotel the hotel is close to stores and everything the staff is nice the hotel is clean save your money and book this hotel I would stay there again u don need a expensive hotel To enjoy yourself this hotel has a gym and pool also hot tub it’s valid

Excellent property for the price. Pretty centrally located. The suites are phenomenal. i would recommend to anyone. If I had to spend time in Panama the Riande is def where I would go. The only slight drawback is the continental breakfast. Would have liked to seen more or different choices on different days. Still was good though.

You guys lie on your page because the hotel is 17 minutes away it 45 minutes away I had to spend way too much to come this long way and the room smell so bad and know you don’t care to give me back half the money for putting me out of my way. I won’t be booking with your site anymore

Excellent hotel

They added a process of being forced to get a voucher before you can get breakfast, EVEN if your room includes breakfast. The LAST thing I want to do in the morning before breakfast is wait in line for a voucher. I have been going to that hotel for the last 15 years and they never did this before - they need to change this back. They are getting 4 stars because their new policy ruined my morning.

What i liked most about this hotel was the communal spaces, well designed, comfortable, fun. The pool had some shade with the tropical plants. Nice bar seating with good Aperol Spritzers. The gym was more useful than most hotel gyms. Television in room had very limited channels. Good overall value.

The room was lovely. A nice big, very comfortable bed. Staff in the hotel are very helpful and prompt to react to anything mentioned

Cool place. Breakfast and restaurants were lacking.

Loved the staff and the hotel decor

I stayed one night at this hotel. The surroundings are not very convenient with not much to do around. - TV not working (suite 802: I have a photo of the screen) - Outdoor jacuzzi very cold (the receptionist said “it's been broken for a while, it doesn't heat up anymore”) - Telephone line in the room unusable, we had to get dressed again to go down and order from the restaurant on the outdoor terraces (reception: yes, after the 5th floor, the lines don't work, sorry) I did a same day booking 3 hours before arriving and there was an issue (not the hotel's fault) which resulted in two suites being booked. The reception employee refused to give me a document stating that I was not using the second room, then changed the reservation for room 803 to the following day without my consent, knowing that we were leaving for the airport at 4 a.m. and would not be using it, and then refused to give us a document stating that this change to the reservation was not at our request but on their own initiative.

I loved this hotel! Pool is great, bar is great, location is good

The breakfast should be improved to a modern continental breakfast.

Too much noise from the club. Could not sleep comfortably. I could even hear people talking like if they where very close to my room.

Dated and smelled bad

Wonderful property with all of the amenities on your doorstep. Only thing is the music tends to be quite loud and late especially on weekends. Hence 4 stars.

This hotel was very eclectic with its own unique style. I loved the art work displayed in the lobby and throughout the property. The front desk staff (Eric and Eli) made my check- in process run smoothly. Eric allowed me to check in early, to which I was very appreciative. My room was spacious (corner room). I believe the room number was number 620. I unfortunately could hear all of the noise of car horns honking, dogs barking, and music blaring from the neighboring bars (staff did warn me about the bar music when I checked in). I suggest to pack earplugs. I felt like I was in NYC sleeping with the hotel windows opened. The room was cleaned daily, which was a plus. The room did not have a mini refrigerator nor microwave. The jacuzzi jets worked, however the jacuzzi failed to get hot/warm. Breakfast was tasty. I must give acknowledgement to the security guard named Rolando, he was AMAZING!! Rolando went above and beyond to make sure I was safe during my stay there. I was starving one night and he walked me over to Leonardo pizza spot around the corner for my safety. I felt very safe there, especially as a solo traveler. The hotel location is good. They do not charge a fee for incidentals (no hold on your credit card), which I thought was great, more spending money for your trip! I would definitely return here the next time I revisit Panamá!

The hotel is pretty good located easy access via Uber hotel those need to better cleaning carpet need deep cleaning !did not like every morning for breakfast I had to go to the reception to a get ticket at this era of technology need to get into the program my room no hot water overall is a nice is just needs TLC
