It was my first time to Puna, but I hit the jackpot when I booked the Hotel Balsa Inn. Close to the main plaza and the main thoroughfare with all kinds of shops and restaurants, the hotel is super convenient to all that Puna has to offer. My room was clean and comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was particularly noteworthy (hot showers are sometimes hard to find in Peru!). Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful -- food recommendations, arranging tours, facilitating laundry services, etc. The breakfast buffet was a highlight -- lots of freshly-prepared options to start your day on a good note. If I ever return to Puno, I won't need to do a search for accommodations -- the Hotel Balsa Inn will be my first and only reliable choice.

在這裡共住3天，前2天住5樓很安靜睡的不錯，後面參團回來改住2樓非常吵，那天睡不好。設施有點舊可是該有皆有，水壓強水也夠熱，房間有暖爐很溫暖。早餐是自助餐，在秘魯旅行這麼久以來住的經濟型旅館中算很不錯！

The location is great as it is very near to Plaza de Armas and Jr. Lima. Staff is friendly, helpful and able to speak English. The room is spacious and clean. Wifi is strong. Eggs and ham are served in the breakfast which is better than other hostels. With the discount provided by Expedia, it is a better choice than other hostels in Puno.

This is a property of two halves. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Great location of hotel.
Our room (3 single beds) was right by entrance to dining hall, the shower ‘window’ opened into staff hall and where public caught elevator to their rooms. The bathroom was covered in mould (ceiling, shower etc) the shower would was woeful, freezing cold one second and billing hot the second.
The bedroom ‘window’ couldn’t be opened as backed onto staff quarters.

Vi blev flyttade till Casona plaza på grund av någon renovering så ger betygen därefter.
Bra hotell, låg bra till och hade trevlig personal. Dock extremt lyhört, vaknade på nätterna för att man hörde dörrar och om grannen duschade.
