Altabriza is a short walk to the center of the beach. Very convenient.

This hotel is very pleasant, clean and accomodating. Pool is clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean and fresh. Stayed for 4 days and selection of food is different everyday. Will book it again if I go back to Boracay

Second time there

The staff was very rude and had a lot of hidden charges. My wife got make up on a towel and they charged me for the towel. I’ve traveled all over the world and never been charged for a dirty towel.

Good value, great breakfast, friendly staff. It was a bit of a walk to beach but manageable

Well-kept property with 2 pools, nice and spacious rooms, friendly staff and good location close to white and bulabog beach.

The Breakfast was Excellent Refrigerator was very small no ice no wash cloths but very close to the market….

Terrible

The place was convenient to mall, beaches.One time the front desk used the door bell twice then she tried to open the door. She knows that someone is using that room. So im not really secured for the safety. The staff was friendly and accomodating

Pros = Great location, private plunge pool was well worth the extra money, good breakfast and really friendly staff in the restaurant, good size room and very comfy bed, facilities also good in the room, nice infinity pool on the roof deck! Cons = Very expensive transfer from Caticlan Airport, you can do it all yourself for a quarter of the price. Card machine was broken so had to pay room deposit with cash, it is expensive for us to withdraw cash and to have 3000 php left on the last day of your holiday isn't ideal. If it was a small hotel I wouldn't mind but a big hotel like this should have a working card machine. Would have been nice for reception to leave a message with advice about what to do when the typhoon hits the island. Lots of renovation going on at the hotel so it was quite noisy at times but I hope the improvements will be worth it. Overall we were pleased with our stay, just a few issues to consider.

The service was amazing! It was my bday and was greeted with a birthday piece of cake. My room was fabulous! Location of the property was perfect. 2 blocks from d mall and a few blocks from the beach. The service was top notch from front desk to security guard to housekeeping to the the restaurant staff. They were so accommodating to any questions that I had. Ask them for reservations to restaurants and they will get it done! Huge thank you for making my bday memorable!!

i have actually asked for refund i guess they didn't process it yet. hopefully once they do it will remove this review for them. It was very loud at night due to room 306 being located adjacent to staff cleaning headquarters. I awoke 11pm to listen to find 3 staff members chatting outside my room. my wife is pregnant and couldn't sleep at all. we were exhausted next morning and asked for refund at 7am having stayed only about 12 hours in the hotel. construction noises until pm too (hammers banging). room smelled of mold and was full of mosquitos. hotel.com advertised full tub but room had only basic shower no shower door (water on floor). amenities not as advertised - roof top lounge and infinity pool under construction. hotel restaurant way over priced breakfast was not appealing. also there was no valid phone number on their web site. their web site does not mention that infinity pool and roof top lounge are closed and still under construction. "free cocktail on arrival" was just a glass of juice (tang, I think). staff was polite and location was pretty good but with all the issues it didn't matter we couldn't stay here.

Although this hotel was still undergoing a soft opening, for the most part our stay was enjoyable due to the staff. Upon check in, they did not have our reservation but they were able to get us a room with no problem. The first room we checked into had a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom but they were able to change our room right away. Because of the soft opening, they are still going through construction so there is a lot of noise during the day. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable by helping us make dinner reservations, hailing down a tricycle, etc. Hopefully they will work out the kinks but overall I would recommend staying here.

졸리비 앞에 있고 객실도 깨끗하고 침구 상태도 좋아요. 2층 풀장을 매일 이용했고 가짓수는 적지만 저에게는 꼭맞는 알찬 조식이었어요. 다음 이용이 기대됩니다~~
