great place, service is good, but a little problem with the hot shower system

The view is great and the pool is cozy. When the weather is bad, you always has somewhere to chill off. But the condition of the road outside the hotel is terrible (I know they don't responsible for that), the government should really do something about it. After all, it's El nido we are taking about.

The view of this hotel is exceptional so as their services, however, there are defiantly some parts could be improved such as internet coverage( you can't get the reception from your room) and there is no televisions nor refrigerator inside the room.

適合度假的飯店，但交通及網路較不便，不過整體來說很不錯。

The wifi is so bad, only nearby one of swimming pool has a little bit better wifi.

早餐很好吃！飯店還接送我們到另一個飯店，服務很好！飯店位置離市區不算太遠，走路走得到！當然可以請飯店tricycle 載你出去，退房時飯店還接送我們到另一個飯店，服務真好！我會推薦大家這家飯店！

Not far from town, but the road to town is bumpy The resort and room is nice, food is great as well!

熱水跟水壓需要改善, 洗一下不是沒熱水要不然就是跟毛毛雨一樣的小. 一整天後的水上活動回到房間還不能洗一個熱水澡實在不是很好. 再來就是早餐份量有一點少...

Cadlao Resort is a great choice if you want to stay close to the town (walkable distance) yet away from the noise. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great resort and highly recommended.

Hébergement très agréable, bien placé en dehors du tumulte de la ville de el nido. Restaurant et petit déjeuner très bon, service de tuk tuk jusqu’au centre ville très apprécié. Dommage que la très mauvaise wifi et la faible pression d’eau viennent entâcher la note globale

Hôtel de charme avec une vue magnifique et avec des coucher de soleil spectaculaire.. chambre en bordé de piscine superbe mais grand manque de place … obligé de sortir à l’extérieur sur la terrasse le nécessaire de boissons pour avoir un peu de place .. Dommage.. manque de prise sur le pan de mur où il y a la console .. sinon parfait 👍

After staying at a busier part of El Nido, it was a welcome contrast to be at this hotel. Appreciated the hotel tricycle pickup to and from town. The front desk was really nice and helpful. Loved the welcome drinks and happy hour drinks. We mostly loved lounging by the pool because of the awesome views and restaurant near the pool. The food at the restaurant was great, we also enjoyed breakfast. Was able to easily book tour A across the street per front desk recommendation and convenient transport back to/from town where tour meeting spot was. The tour was great btw. Hotel lent us towels to take. Then we happened to be there Valentines Day, and my daughter’s boyfriend in the U.S. was able to surprise her with flowers with the help of the front desk. That was definitely a touching memorable gesture and we really appreciated the staff working with him through WhatsApp and the time difference. Then after our check out, they had a dedicated air-conditioned reception room where we could shower or hangout before we had to catch our flight in the afternoon.

Tolles Resort, aber doch ziemlich teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften.

Es war alles super. Nette Mitarbeiter, gutes Restaurant, saubere Zimmer und gepflegte Anlage.

Room was great staff was better such a great deal will be back for sure

The staff is SO friendly and easy to get ahold of at any time of day! Our breakfast every morning f was DELICIOUS. It prepared me for Long Beach days. To top it off, they offer a free tuk tuk to and from El Nido city center.

La chambre vue sur mer était magnifique. Le personnel hyper attentionné et gentil. Le seul point négatif était le manque d'eau chaude par moment.

Beautiful hotel, food is amazing, views epic. Only negative is Lawin room, a beach front cottage backs on to a very noisy bar, the music should stop at 10pm, it didn’t one night and the hotel did respond and speak to the bar and they provide earplugs. But whilst having evening showers you do feel like you are at a youth hostel disco! With the base coming into the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but ask not to be near the bar.
