Room was very clean considering it being right beside the beach. Staff were all very attentive and kind. Beach view was stunning, although not recommended to swim in due to the many boats parked there. Our room was on the third level so noise wasn't too bad, but noise is to be expected since it's in El Nido proper.

We had an ocean view upstairs. Really great!
If you stay downstairs, there are rooms people walk by to get to breakfast- so if you need a lot of privacy, look for a room to the left as you face the beach
Nice amenities and fresh water available.
Staff was very nice and helpful. You are at the end of the main restaurant area, so it was good for our kids.
Breakfast was good and different each day- Filipino style mainly but eggs cooked to order.
The coffee could be improved, but you can go to a coffee shop close by if necessary.
We booked in-room massages thru the front desk and they were great.
Rooms are good size and we had plenty of storage for our 4 night stay. They'll clean your room as needed. There's direct beach access, but no swimming there. You can easily walk around town.
We've stayed at Cuna hotel, Lagun hotel and this one. We enjoyed them all, but just seeing the boats and sunset right out your window is so relaxing.
PS. There's no smoking in most of the town, but you can smoke on your balcony

整個非常爛 因為要拆掉了 整個無心經營
水壓很小 洗澡很不舒服 環境髒亂
重點衛生紙已經長蛆了 去櫃檯換一個還是一樣長蛆 爛透了
The whole thing is very bad because you want to tear down the whole business
The water pressure is very small and the bath is very uncomfortable.
The key toilet paper has long been smashed. Go to the counter for one or the same length. Bad, no hair dryer, no internet, poor air conditioning.

在港口海灘的最邊邊，手機網路和wifi訊號都很差，房間有熱水但是水量很小，地板有點沙沙的，棉被超級薄，早餐選擇不多但是好吃，退房之後還有提供地方給你洗澡，算是頗貼心的

一開始訂的是標準房，我們被安排到邊間，因為緊鄰馬路和沙灘太吵，所以我們自己加價換到二樓。雖然二樓比較安靜，不過住過這兩間房間的衛浴空間，清潔方面實在可以更加強些，像是一樓那間有不輕的尿騷味，二樓地板油油的，房間不小，但內部的擺設可以用寒酸來形容，東西根本不夠放，陽台景觀很美但桌椅並不好坐，等等…水壓小就算了，因為當地也許都是這樣，幸好溫度很夠，也全天供電。雖然這棟建築比較舊，有些不可避免的狀況可以接受，但畢竟還算是街上較高價的幾間飯店之一，希望至少可以用點心在如何讓客人住得更舒適。
另外，我在訂房網上看到飯店註明可提供吹風機，到那邊洗好澡詢問後的結果是沒有？！這點不知道是哪裡出問題？還有房價方面，雖說訂到優惠價格，但其實雜項加一加和實際房價根本差不多，早餐費用也被加到稅金和服務費一欄，等於強迫加訂，而且還不便宜，也不是很美味，說是供應到九點，但八點半熟食就見底了也不會再補。其他瑣碎事項還蠻多的，讓我覺得並不感到賓至如歸的還有像是我們住了一星期，而瓶裝水卻只能供應check in時的兩瓶，其餘要喝皆自費；似乎是韓國籍的老闆雖然整天在飯店走來走去，但從未給客人一個招呼等等。雖然這裡地點很好，工作人員也還算親切，但下次我們不會再選擇這裡，寧願多花一點錢住新飯店或小resort了

2樓的海景房，值得推薦，沒有一樓的人來往喧囂，有大片的落地窗，早上躺在床上就能看到大海的美景。早餐是自助式的Buffet，可以避免些菲律賓人準備早餐的攏長時間。

The breakfast was basic and sometimes odd. There was a cockroach in my room. The property and amenities were very run down and low standard. The bathroom shower had no separation to the toilet and would flood. The only saving grace of this place was the most beautiful view and the very lovely staff who were always pleasant and helpful

El Nido Beach Hotel is all about the location—absolutely beautiful views right on the beach that are hard to beat. The rooms are a bit outdated, but honestly, we were hardly in them except to sleep since we were out exploring the stunning islands most of the time. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious, which was a great way to start each day. The staff really stood out—they were so warm and welcoming and made us feel like family throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to El Nido.

Room Was filthy, no drinking water, very slippery shower, no toilet paper, 20 steep steps upto the floor my room was on, transport to & from way to expensive, didnt speak english, complimentary breakfast supposed to be buffet, it was rubbish, the beach was terrible. no late checkout available. Location good for island hopping & street food but nothing else, taffic was horrendous as you step out of hotel. Terrible terrible terrible, will not go back.

THIS PLACE IS LOUD. The structure lets in all the noise from the street and beach all night long. The “tricycles” ( makeshift motorcycles with a metal car welded around it to offer taxi like service) often don’t have mufflers and run 24/7. The rooms are maybe 10 to 15 feet from the road, and the door only stops a quarter of the roar. Combine that with the people on the beach, who are 10 to 15 feet from your patio door, (which doesn’t close tightly) and are partying, squealing, screaming and yelling till dawn. I didn’t see any warning about this in the description of the hotel.
After one night I decided that I could not stay there and went to checkout. Unfortunately they
