Clean and quiet room, helpful staff who arranged everything during my stay!! Hotel will turn off water pressure at late night hour, but a phone call to the reception will solve it.

We enjoyed our stay. It may be worth booking a balcony room facing the street. The back view is not attractive and there are lots of early morning roosters. The room had a smart tv. We enjoyed the pool and the incredible views from the pool! This was our favourite part of the hotel. Breakfast was very simple with very limited options. They did make eggs fresh though. Prices at the pool are high compared to similar resorts in the area. Staff were very helpful.

This is a nice hotel. The upper deck pool was very. Ice and we enjoyed swimming in it. The room was cool and quiet. The shower pressure was good and temperature was easily controlled. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Regular breakfast was. Dry good with lots of variety. On the last day, we had to leave 30 minutes before normal breakfast started. They gave us bread slices and jam. They offered coffee but we don’t drink coffee. This was a relatively expensive hotel for the Philippines- I would have expected something better. Other hotels in this country have had much better quick breakfasts. There were scratches on the furniture. It looked worn out. I would have expected something better better.

First off, I will say that the staff is exceptional here. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed mold in the shower and around the sink. The room itself was just dirty. Our phone in the room wasn't working as well. We spoke with the hotel staff and they upgraded us to another room which was helpful, however we discovered the bigger the room, the bigger the mold problem was. We realized this was probably going on in every room here. We did appreciate the staff and their willingness to try to find a solution. This hotel needs upkeeping for sure.

Leider Klimaanlage und Badezimmer extrem verschimmelt. Alle Zimmer haben richtig gestunken. Wir hätten anderes Hotel genommen, wenn wir nicht schon alles im Voraus bezahlt hätten. Haben Upgrade gemacht, auf Zimmer wo weniger aber immer noch sehr verschimmelt war.

Upon check inform front desk that u have a transportation going back puerto prinsesa. Otherwise thy will call thy day u checking out regardless if your sleeping or resting. Pls. Have a good manner front desk. Dont call the guess when there resting. Ask all u need to know upon check in.

Breakfast is very good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The only down rating is just the bathroom is not that cleaned.

Hotel war schön, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück gut, der poolbereich toll! Leider war unser Fenster im Zimmer direkt vor einer Wand, was wir nicht wussten.

It wasn't an issue about the room being clean, it was an issue about the elevator smelling like mold, and the room smelling like mold. They really need to turn the fans on and air out the rooms before people arrive. We had five people total, and three of them got a headache from the mold. This is not a healthy living environment. Nonetheless, at no fault to the staff, it was a decent stay with great beds, but that mold really needs to be remediated.
