라군 호텔

나름괜찮은 호텔. 위치도 좋음. 해바라기 샤워기가 있는데 일반 줄달린 샤워기가 없어서 머리만 감기가 불편함. 샤워해야 머리감을 수 있는구조

아주 좋았습니다

서비스가 정말 최악이었어요. 몇개월 전에 예약을 하고 갔고 체크인 당일 낮 12시쯤 도착하였습니다. 그럼에도 오버부킹이라 방이 없으니 다른 방을 안내해주겠다고 했습니다. 원했던 방도 아니고 복층 구조로 별로 마음에 들지 않아 원래 예약한 방을 구해달라고 했더니 알겠다며 2-3시간 있다가 다시 오라고 했습니다. 밖에서 놀다가 오후 4시쯤 다시 갔더니 1층 체크인 데스크 뒷편 101호 방을 안내하더군요. 이미 여러 블로그에서 악명 높았던(?) 101호 후기들을 보았고 역시나 들어가니 빛도 들어오지 않고 하수구 냄새가 진동을 하였습니다. 여기에 3일을 투숙하긴 싫어서 101호에 대한 다른 블로그 글들을 보여주며 방을 바꿔달라고 말했습니다. 처음에는 아까 봤던 복층방만 가능하다고 했다가 1분만에 그방도 방금 예약이 들어와서 없으니 그냥 그방에 머물라는 안내를 받았습니다. 노란옷을 입고 있던 데스크 직원 2명은 아무런 조치를 취해주지 않았고 계속 기다리라는 말만 반복했습니다. 그러더니 지하실에서 문제가 있어 냄새가 올라오는 것 같다고 말하며 청소 직원을 보냈는데, 방향제 스프레이를 하나 가져와서 뿌려주고는 나가더군요. 저희는 짐도 풀지 않고 계속 기다리고 있는데 아무런 대응을 해주지 않고 무려 2시간이 흘렀고, 너무 화가 나서 매니저를 불렀습니다. 매니저에게 상황을 설명했고 결국 그 옆 100호인가에서 하루를 자고 다음날 방을 바꿔주겠다는 안내를 받아 방을 옮겼습니다. 다음날 결국 원래 예약했던 타입의 방으로 옮겨서 이틀을 투숙했지만 세면대가 막혀 물이 내려가지 않고 역시나 하수구 냄새가 심하게 역류했습니다. 조식도 부실했고 서비스(체크인데스크)는 정말 최악, 위치도 애매하여 트라이시클을 항상 타고 타운으로 나갔습니다. 엘니도에 깨끗한 호텔이 적지만 수영장 사진만 보고 예약을 했다가 오버부킹에 당해 첫날을 완전 망쳐버린 기대 이하의 호텔이었습니다.

처음으로 가본 필리핀여행이라 잘 몰라서 문의도 많이했는데 웃으면서 친절하게 알려주어서 너무 기억에 남는 여행이였습니다 수영장도 매우 쾌적하고 마지막 가는날 조식시간보다 삼십분일찍 조식을 먹을수있게 오픈해주어서 최고의 서비스를 받은 기분이였습니다.

Loved this place so much. Would absolutely return, the staff was wonderful, and the location was great. Didn’t get the noise at night that other people comment about at hotels closer to the beach.

The room we got was really nice. Spacious for all 4 adults. My sons' beds were in a loft, so that was a plus as it gave more room to walk around in the main area. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious! I think their breakfast was definitely one of the best I've had for AYCE They have nice swimming pool as well.

I stayed 1 week. From the moment I walked in I was impressed. Beautiful lobby and was greeted with a complimentary drink. The hostess name is Mae and she was absolutely amazing. Check in was a breeze. She answered all my questions and had me in my room in minutes. When I reached my room, I was very satisfied. Clean, spacious and felt at home in seconds. When I confused about the safe and television remotes, Mae was up in a few minutes explaining everything to me. She was spectacular 🙏❤️. Then made my way up to the breathtaking roof top pool. There Romel at the bar served me a drink and ordered me lunch by the pool. Down to the restaurant for dinner where my waitress Villa guided me through the menu and suggested some of the most amazing meals. I have been in El Nido for 5 weeks Hotel hopping and hands down was the most beautiful hotel I have visited. Thank you so so much Mae, Romel, Villa and the entire staff for such a beautiful experience. I will be returning soon 🙏

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful in fixing a problem with the room safe. There was a free buffet breakfast as part of our reservation, which included bread, rice, eggs, cereal and juices. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from the beach (slight incline walking back to the hotel). Small pool and bar on top of hotel. We stayed four nights and would recommend staying that length of time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Lagun, the staff were so polite and helpful and always on hand if we had a request. In my opinion the level of service goes above and beyond what you might expect and it made our stay extra special. The room was clean the restaurant was likewise very clean and the food was delicious.Thank you so much for having us and making our engagement week extra special! As a minor foot note I think the water they serve in the restaurant is tap water which they tell you not to drink, they informed us that it was filtered and safe to drink but it gave me stomach aches and diarrhoea so just stick to bottled water to be safe.

Ótimo custo benefício! Staff simpático, bem localizado, quarto espaçoso e confortável. Nosso voo sairia bem cedo (antes do café da manhã iniciar) e a equipe preparou um café para nós para não sairmos com fome.. essa atenção faz total diferença! O único ponto um pouquinho negativo seria o quarto que tem um leve cheiro de mofo, mas nada que incomode muito. Boa estadia! Recomendo

The staff and the hotel is GREAT!!! The only complaint I have is the airconditioner NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH DISINFECTANT. many hotels don’t realize that when the smell of mold and mildew (common in tropics)is coming from the aircon that means the guests are breathing in mold and mildew spores which can make guests sick. I was put on antibiotics and was sick for a week. Highly recommend this happens or I will not be staying again.

Internet was good, saff very friendly. Only thing was the shower and toilet was not very private. It faced the beds and had frosted glass. But still felt uncomfortable. Other than that all good.

Estuvimos 3 noches, el hotel aceptable, por el precio esperábamos más. Pros 1. La recepción muy bonita 2. Alejado del ruido del pueblo, positivo que no hay mucho ruido Cons 1. El desayuno no era buffet, a la carta y bastante malo. 2. Es increíble pero la habitación no tenía lugar donde colgar las toallas, ni de mano ni de cuerpo. 3. El pueblo en general es muy feo, la zona no es agradable, pero no sientes inseguridad. 4. Habitación pequeña y baño pequeño, aceptable para max 3 noches.

Lagun hotel has violated environmental law by discharging its waste water which has caused the city to post a notice at their entry way (see picture.) Additionally, the hotel has also allegedly repetitively violated local privacy laws by publishing the full name of every single guest (including minors) in huge writing on a screen in the lobby. When asked to have our names removed we were laughed at. As a mom traveling with a nine year old I prefer not to have our names known to every single person that enters the hotel! They forgot to replace our towels THREE TIMES and when we called or saw an employee to ask we were told to wait 40-45 minutes. This was always when we returned to the room from a tour where we were swimming and being in the sun all day we just want to take a shower instead of hanging out in the room with sand still on us while waiting for towels. The coffee was basically like water (there is an excellent coffee shop about a 4 minutes walk away) and breakfast overall was not the best. The music at the pool is too loud to actually enjoy it. Everyone at the pool asked for the music to be lowered but the employee ignored every single guest. The room smelled moldy and I suspect that the wallpaper is there to hide whatever is behind. The common area (lobby, elevator, hallway, pool) were not the cleanest. We left our room after they mopped the hallway and it smelled really bad like they reuse the water over and over again.
