整體環境不錯，觀賞日落最佳地點

除了wifi極差跟馬桶沖水會濺一些出來以外，整體品質都相當不錯。與同一個老闆的woodland beach resort相比硬體設備好一些（價位也稍高些），用餐費用也較高。裝飲水要跟餐廳服務生要，裝多了會有點不好意思，如果有自助飲水機就更好了

房间舒适，看火山视野非常好！在山顶，打车不太方便，需要酒店保安帮忙叫车。酒店有免费接送机服务，和前台预订即可。

虽然算是海滩一带比较有规模的度假村，但客房真的很一般。房间够大，但装饰非常简陋，热水供应不足，空调噪音很大，不提供洗刷用品就算了，连刷牙的杯子都没有。最不满意的是不主动清洁房间，潜完水回来下午三点多，发现房间没有清洁，去问前台大婶，说要外出时没放下钥匙所以不知道要清洁，清洁工已经下班无人清洁。第二天一早7点出去就放下钥匙，结果12点回来拿钥匙还是没有清洁，最后我们直接叫清洁的宾宾清洁，前台大婶靠不住。另外就是酒店wifi只有餐厅有，客房没有，餐厅东西较贵，第一顿晚餐在那里吃，指着餐牌下单，服务员都能下错，明明点单人份量却上个双人份，还不承认错误，这一点是非常非常不满意的。至于其他环境啊，泳池花园这些都hai做得不错！

This place is very convenient if you are interested in whale watching. This hotel is very near the activity center for whale watching. The staff were very accommodating. They let us do early check-in. Thank you very much!

Nice pool and dining area.

Great location, tailored mainly to the whale shark community, not a lot to do otherwise,if you’re into diving and looking for a peaceful location this is it.

Pros: Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help. If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location! Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach. Negatives: I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in. The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep. The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night. The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel. Thank you to the staff, you’ve been great!

The place is (very) tired. So many things seemed to have been neglected or fixed a bit slapdash and it was disappointing as it had looked quite nice online. Our room smelled damp. The toilet roll holder was broken, the bathroom door handle and lock looked to have been replaced, and a tv once might have been up on the wall but now nothing. The mirror was held together by tape and there were signs of some wood-eating insects, with gritty deposits re-appearing on the furniture. The WiFi didn’t reach the room either. The swimming pool was still as a millpond and stank of chlorine, making me think the filter system doesn’t work/is absent. The concrete around the pool has come away in chunks in areas, one of the lounge chairs had a hole in it… you get the gist. And at no point was there ever mention (online when booking or in the pre-arrival message we received or when checking in) that the restaurant was cash only. However the staff at the front desk and serving at the restaurant were all really nice.

L hotel est en manque d entretion, il est important de renover certaines chambres et parties communes . Le personnel est très accueillant et est au service des clients. Le restaurant est chère par rapport au choix. La piscine est propre, le bar est ouvert assez souvent.

The staff is amazing and really polite! The rooms are basic but clean, AC is working well! When you love dogs, a good swim, the sounds of the sea then this is a really good place to stay!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt like a family. This is not a beach hotel.

Rooms were clean but basic. The staff made up for anything that was lacking in amenties though ten fold. Administration staff organized tours, transportation, massages, you name it. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious every time.

Das Standard Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen. Die Betten allerdings sehr bequem. Im Bad war soweit alles in Ordnung. Das Personal war absolut hilfsbereit und hat immer unterstützt. Die Anlage selbst war sehr schön. Insgesamt auch aufgrund der Ursprünglichkeit der Gegend für denjenigen der etwas besonderes sucht absolut zu empfehlen.

We had an excellent stay. The resort was very clean and the staff were very nice. The resort manager was very helpful in booking us a driver to go on day trips and tell us about things to see in the area.

Beautiful resort on the beach, good swimming pool and restaurant. The room was clean and well equiped. Cherry on the cake : great staff !

Séjour merveilleux au Vitton Beach Resort. Le personnel a été remarquable, la nourriture délicieuse, et le cadre tout simplement exceptionnel. Une parenthèse parfaite qui laisse encore un parfum de vacances.

Food choices limited, but my diet is different from most. I follow a vegetarian diet, no salt or butter. The view from my room was outstanding. With a deck and love chair for 2. The sunsets awesome.
