Room was clean and amenities were good. The best part was the excellent array of food for breakfast. I have traveled a lot to different countries and I have enjoyed breakfast at Suri. Also, it was only a few steps to the Shopping Center, very convenient.

Great hotel. Well organized and clean. Plenty of amenties. The room was spotless and had no issues. Staff is great and very professional.
Only thing I would comment on staff-wise is that they are so professional that it almost comes off as robotic versus personable. I know that's not on them and moreso probably due to the policy they have to abide by. I would suggest a more personable touch though but also, that's just my personal opinion and the experience may be drastically different for others.

Noisy at night especially on the weekends due loud music of a nearby karaoke bar, band. They'll provide an ear plugs but not effective
If you want to have a peaceful and quiet nights, this is not the right place.

Room- there were cockroaches inside the room and one of our friend was bitten. They tried to spray some bug spray. It didn’t help, because the next day, we saw more.
Amenities- when we went to the gym, there’s no sanitizer, towels or cleaning supplies.
Lobby- smells bad

Breakfast was excellent, room and amenities very good. I would have given a 5 but we got a false alert call saying that we will be fined P5K for smoking which we didn’t. Turns out the operator made an error. Terrible error. Unacceptable!

Room was good. Staff very good. Breakfast not as good in last 3 years. Stayed here every year in the past 3 years.Quality of food going down. Its under stood everything needs to be cost effective. Maybe quantity needs to be reduced and offer alternatives to maintain quality. Should be examined as option.

Everything was excellent except for the toilet that did not flush properly. Had maintenance fix it twice but still wouldn’t flush properly…had to flush 2-3 times.
Buffet breakfast was superb and one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts with exceptional Filipino and local dishes.
