I stayed several days in Zuri hotel. Everyday I can see the consistency of the staff service. I would like to complement the cleaner of the rooms I stayed in. I transferred to different rooms and I can say it hold its standard of cleanliness. I appreciate it more now after I experienced to stay in another hotel in Europe which the cleanliness never meet Zuri’s standard.

I usually book rooms for my family in Zuri. They only have good words and great satisfaction in their stay. When I came to Iloilo they recommended to stay in Zuri hotel to see for myself how fun to be there. From the guards to the staff in the entrance to the receptionists, we were met with warmth and kindness. Since the room was ready, and they knew that we were tired from our flight, they allowed us to Check in early. For me that is the best care the hotel can offer. I was pleasantly surprised of how big and clean the room was and it got complimentary water, slippers and toothbrush etc. The breakfast was the best experience every morning. They serve variety of food. What I am most grateful of was when the staff sang a birthday song with a cake for my mom. Thank you Zuri.

Exercise room is in very poor condition. Pool was good with a bar.

The staff are very accommodating and the breakfast is amazing.

The staff makes Zuri one of the best. The room is clean, delicious breakfast and hospitality of the staff makes you feel ay home.

My wife’s family stayed there for 3 days and everything was absolutely great as always when we book the Zuri when we are in the Philippines Awesome accommodations and very clean room !!!

Zuri Hotel is one of the finest hotel I ever been. Spacious clean room, Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Zuri staff made my mom’s birthday memorable. The staff sang a birthday song to her and got a little cake with a candle for my mom to blow. What a sweet gesture. Thank you so much Zuri staff.

Friendly staff

建物の立地、清潔さは問題なかったが。結婚式でもあったのかイベントで朝食会場が満席。おそらく食堂が部屋数に比べて小さすぎるのだろう。 ２泊したが結局朝ごはんは食べれなかった。朝ごはんを予約しないことをお勧めします。

Staff very helpful

My second time staying at this hotel and break fast did not disappoint.Room was clean and quiet. Staff are nice, over-all, my stay was great and will definitely stay here again next time.

The rooms were nice and clean the staff were very helpful and friendly

No signs leading to SM mall. Sidewalk is not appropriate bc it has a tight curve among cars. There is a proper walkway but there is no signage and no way a guest could find it. There was a minor earthquake and floor was swaying. There were no alerts or warnings for guests on upper floors. None of the staff were aware.
