zuri is our home away from home! When we travel to Iloilo we always stay in Zuri, unless if it's sold out. We wanted to stay there this 26th and 27th but they were sold out, so we have to pick another hotel! We're pissed off!

The room was great and clean. We booked for 4 people, but we were only given 2 towels. The internet is also not working well, which is a problem to us who have to work online while traveling.

The Zuri Hotel is located near SM mall, which was a plus as we went there for food, shopping, groceries, haircuts. We were placed on the third floor, which was right above their event center, and unfortunately, they had an event on the first night that we stayed there which was very loud and where you can feel the vibration from the music. Now having just traveled 30+ hours, we expected to have a good night sleep but unfortunately that did not happen. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the food tasted good. The rooftop swimming pool was very busy with many children and even in their warm tub. The kids were playing so just note if you expect to have a quiet time with adults this is not the place. The staff was friendly and courteous, and very helpful. Shout out to the Concierge who gave us the direction to go to the fish port in Iloilo, which was a lot of fun. I would probably stay here again, but request a high Flor next time.

Wide variety of breakfast, with menu changes daily. Clean, comfy. Pool is enjoyable. Awesome staff! Everyone is polite and all smiles. Great hotel rate. Centrally located. Walkable, next to our favorite mall.

Noisy at night especially on the weekends due loud music of a nearby karaoke bar, band. They'll provide an ear plugs but not effective If you want to have a peaceful and quiet nights, this is not the right place.

Room was clean and amenities were good. The best part was the excellent array of food for breakfast. I have traveled a lot to different countries and I have enjoyed breakfast at Suri. Also, it was only a few steps to the Shopping Center, very convenient.

Supervisor needs to inspect room thoroughly prior arrival of the guest

Room- there were cockroaches inside the room and one of our friend was bitten. They tried to spray some bug spray. It didn’t help, because the next day, we saw more. Amenities- when we went to the gym, there’s no sanitizer, towels or cleaning supplies. Lobby- smells bad

Smelled like mold, we ended up leaving immediately after check in and booking another hotel

Great hotel. Well organized and clean. Plenty of amenties. The room was spotless and had no issues. Staff is great and very professional. Only thing I would comment on staff-wise is that they are so professional that it almost comes off as robotic versus personable. I know that's not on them and moreso probably due to the policy they have to abide by. I would suggest a more personable touch though but also, that's just my personal opinion and the experience may be drastically different for others.
