I loved that its right next door to the SM Mall! Plenty of shopping and foods! Plus their restaurant is banging! I love their all you can eat buffet! Their hot showers are very relaxing. We like it so much, we got a membership there! They have a pool on the top floor! The views are excellent.

Parking area is congested during events held there. Breakfast is awesome, everyday is a different and delicious variety. Staff are attentive and location is a walk away from many food restaurants and the mall is near by.

Many pros & many cons. Most of the hotel staff was exceptional - the front door has a few that need retraining, but most were very accommodating. Room had these issues: toilet water pressure was inadequate, had to use water in trash can to complete the flush. Desk chair had broken arm handle - hotel removed it when I complained that it was dangerous. But they did not replace it. Wardrobe door is too low to floor - it will hurt toes if you’re not conscious of this. The front desk was extremely pleasant. The restaurant offers a very nice breakfast buffet. Yet we ate elsewhere for other meals. Our room was on the 9th floor in corner and Sat night music from outdoor bar blasted well past 1am. Overall it was a “Good” not the “Excellent” that was on Expedia.
