One of the best customer service I have ever came across. The receptionists were so kind and helpful, treating every guest individually, with true care and a lot of respect. Amazing hotel. We loved it

We stayes 3 nights. Everything was very good exept the room was not cleaned the first day. We came at night and didnt have clean towels, cups, shampoo etc. Very comfortable bed, friendly staff

The hotel SPA lacks towels and washing gel, only one shower is open, and there is no drinking water dispenser. The service at the reception was average.

Ruhige Lage, direct am Park Śląski, Busse, Straßenbahn, Einkaufszentrum, nettes Personal...

Very nice hotel in a good location if you love browsing around Monastiraki area. Staff nice, polite and helpful. Furniture brand new and bed super confortable.. Good quality breakfast (May a Little richer Will help..) My poor marks are coming out from a tereible noise by a close disco-club, pumping techno until 3 to 4 am.. Forget tonhave a decente sleep here unless wearing earplugs!! It's a great sin because everything written above (nice staff, clean and new hotel etc) It Is TRUE!.. Direction/property of the Hotel must do something about that or accept tonlose clients..

Das Hotel, das Personal und die Therme waren super. Alle Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Da ein Supermarkt in der Nähe ist und die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn und Busse beim Hotel direkt sind ist die Lage ideal

The hotel was pleasant to look at, rooms clean but the service staff quite unfriendly! We were told that the restaurant couldnt serve food and the reception forgot to make our reservations for a taxi in the morning wich was stressful. Breakfast was ok, it was alot of loud noise from outside the room wich made it hard to sleep. Compared to the price I was not too happy with the experience and I would not stay here again.

The only issue I have is that the rooms are not soundproof, which means that if your fellow guests are loud, you may hear them quite clearly.

It is a nice hotel, but requires serious upgrades. The walls between rooms are very thin and I could hear ALL my neighbors activities (I am sorry to my neighbors...). The water in the shower was changing from scalding hot to cold within few seconds without any warning: the piping seems too poor to serve many rooms. There is a smoking ban in the rooms, but the smoke was reaching my room through the window on many occasions. There is a nice pool and SPA at the basement, but there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower area and the curtain was sticking to my body all the time (a terrible experience !) due to the air flow. Clearly the hotel needs an experience hotel manager to detect and eliminate all these annoying features.

Im allgemeinen sind wir zufrieden.Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Der Wellness Bereich bisschen vernachlässigt, keine Bademäntel und keine großen Handtücher, der Ruheraum braucht bisschen mehr Gemütlichkeit. An der Rezeption war eine Dame, leider nicht so ganz so freundlich, nichts desto trotz kommen wir wieder gerne.
