Comfortable hotel in convenient location to Wawel Castle and old town. Spacious garage and good breakfast. Rooms are a bit spartan, but are clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful.

Clean and well maintained. Loved the playground in the lobby area. Perfect for prople with kids. Pool was great. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great hotel - super location far enough from the crowds but only a 15 minute walk to the square. Immaculately clean and good size rooms. Super breakfast as well with nice staff.

The staff are helpful and accommodating and very friendly. Good Breakfast and nice pool.

Jeg og min datter hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på 2 netter. Utrolig bra beliggenhet. Vi kunne gå til alt. Kjempegod frokost. Store og gode rom med gode senger. Elsker at de har rituals-produkter på badet. Svømmebassenget var helt greit. Kommer gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet.

En general bien pero algunas cosas a mejorar: un día no nos limpiaron la habitación y no sabían por qué, una mañana no había agua fría, los desayunos a la carta tardaban mucho, instalaciones antiguas. Lo mejor la ubicación.

Lovely hotel. Would stay again. Pool is lovely and an extra bonus in Krakow.

Geräumige Zimmer, gut isoliert in super gute Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack und besonders positiv sind die Wasserspender mit gutem Trinkwasser auf jeder Etage. Auch das Abendessen, was wir an einem Abend im Hotel gegessen haben war sehr gut und ansprechend angerichtet. Vom Flughafen fährt alle 20 min ein Bus fast bis ans Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es auf jedem Fall weiter!

Small rooms, but a decent hotel and clean. Only problem was, which was a huge problem when it’s a warm 90° day and evening was that the air conditioning was broken both days/nights making it very hard for me my wife and my young children to sleep. Staff tried resetting the unit at midnight then brooght me a fan because it was unmanageable in the room. I opened the window for 10 minutes to see if it would help and then next thing I see if 30 nats and bugs flying above the lamp because there are no screens. I popped the door open and placed the fan in the hallway at 2am to try and get some of the slightly cooler air from the hallway into the bedroom. I asked for a new room the second night to which they agreed but by the time we can back from our tour to Zakopane it was late and the room stayed the same for the second night. When we got back to the room after breakfast on the last day before checkout they finally had a mechanic in my room in the ceiling trying to fix the compressor. Good for the next people but unfortunately too late for us. Not trying to bad mouth the hotel the staff tried but it was definitely a rough and hot 2 night stay.

Bra, fräscht hotel som passar bra för de flesta, framförallt barnfamiljer. Tillhör väl de lite "dyrare" priserna i bar/resturang m.m och poolen är ofta ockuperad hela dagarna av barn. Så vill man ha en lugn upplevelse i ett poolområde är det fel hotell för dig. Gymmet är inte stort, men det mest nödvändiga finns för att klara av träningen. Bemötandet var bra och vänligt samt hjälpsamt. I det stora hela ett bra hotell som rekommemderas!

Bra hotell som ligger centralt, man går till slottet på 10 minuter. Bra utrymme framför hotellet när man beställer hämtning\lämning av taxi\Uber, finns även parkeringsgarage om man har hyrbil. Enda negativa är att poolen (inkl bubbelpoolen) var för kalla och ACn på rummet fungerade dåligt. Skulle absolut tänka mig bo här igen..

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was hit or miss. The biggest issue is the waterpark. When I made the reservation it appeared that it was included, but when I got to the hotel they charged extra.

Excellent hotel! Great location, close to some delicious bakeries, short walk to castle and downtown area. Super clean, great pool. Rooms are tight but super clean and comfortable
