Clean and well maintained. Loved the playground in the lobby area. Perfect for prople with kids. Pool was great. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great hotel - super location far enough from the crowds but only a 15 minute walk to the square. Immaculately clean and good size rooms. Super breakfast as well with nice staff.

The staff are helpful and accommodating and very friendly. Good Breakfast and nice pool.

Lovely hotel. Would stay again. Pool is lovely and an extra bonus in Krakow.

Small rooms, but a decent hotel and clean. Only problem was, which was a huge problem when it’s a warm 90° day and evening was that the air conditioning was broken both days/nights making it very hard for me my wife and my young children to sleep. Staff tried resetting the unit at midnight then brooght me a fan because it was unmanageable in the room. I opened the window for 10 minutes to see if it would help and then next thing I see if 30 nats and bugs flying above the lamp because there are no screens. I popped the door open and placed the fan in the hallway at 2am to try and get some of the slightly cooler air from the hallway into the bedroom. I asked for a new room the second night to which they agreed but by the time we can back from our tour to Zakopane it was late and the room stayed the same for the second night. When we got back to the room after breakfast on the last day before checkout they finally had a mechanic in my room in the ceiling trying to fix the compressor. Good for the next people but unfortunately too late for us. Not trying to bad mouth the hotel the staff tried but it was definitely a rough and hot 2 night stay.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was hit or miss. The biggest issue is the waterpark. When I made the reservation it appeared that it was included, but when I got to the hotel they charged extra.

Excellent hotel! Great location, close to some delicious bakeries, short walk to castle and downtown area. Super clean, great pool. Rooms are tight but super clean and comfortable

Outdated, old carpet, bathroom was downright dangerous, low toilets without any handles. Shower stall without any antislip flooring. However food was good. Pool was ok. Jaccuzi too cold

Highly recommended. Very convenient and centrally located.

Hotel has just average but there is one glaring issue, the smell. There is an overall scent the hotel uses that smells of musk and it’s everywhere. Fortunately it doesn’t permeate into the rooms but as soon as you walk in the door it hits you. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the tram and the breakfast was above average. But the overall condition is just average.

Hotel was very clean. Restaurant staff friendly. Reception staff could have been more friendly. Swimming pool temperature was very cold as was the temperature of the pool area. Rooms were very clean however, were far too hot, no option to lower temperature. Was given fan which helped. Could not open window due to street noise.
