Ich habe 1 Woche mit meiner Mutter Urlaub in Warschau gemacht. dafür war die Lage des Sofitel hervorragend. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Superior-Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und hell. Auch gastronomisch ist das Sofitel gut aufgestellt. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Barangebot auch. Am allerbesten haben uns die 4 Besuche in der Brasserie moderne gefallen. Der Service war sehr gut (angenehm, aufmerksam und fachlich gut ausgebildet), das Essen und die Getränke fantastisch.

Das komfortable Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, so dass man sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß erreichen kann. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Auch der Schlafkomfort war in Ordnung.

Well appointed hotel near the heart of Warsaw and the Old Town. Easy to navigate around the area. Hotel is clean and the rooms are nice and large. Breakfast was included and very good however the wait staff that help with coffee and tables are very disorganized.

Im American and I have my Polush Wife and Polish Family back in Warsaw/ Poland. I travel at least once a year to Poland and myself and my family we are always staying at this hotel. Very convenient location , walking distance to downtown of Warsaw , walking distance to Old Town , New Town etc....!!!!. Friendly staff, clean rooms ,beautiful pool, family friendly , great service from the front desk to the room service. Amazing place ,I will give 10 atars. Thank you

Great location near Old Town and public transportation. Breakfast was great but beds are not so very comfortable at all. And pillows are very large, when you sleep your neck is in a strange position. Mattress really needs to be changed.

The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel. Location is great but the hotel has seen its better days and really needs someone update. The AC fan was loud and not working properly. Our hot water bottle was leaking. Lights were flickering at times. Hand soap bottle was empty. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. I mentioned these to the expedia survey and the manager didn’t respond at all. I loved Warsaw but would rate this a 4 star or even 3 star hotel.

Everything was almost perfect except for the last day, my birthday, when I asked for two glasses of prosecco or champagne to toast with my partner. After asking three staff members, they informed me that they did not serve drinks in the room, as this was only possible at the bar on weekends. Such an explanation is frustrating for a 5-star hotel. I have stayed at other hotels where, in addition to the champagne, they went out of their way to make the day special.

Im American and I have my Polush Wife and Polish Family back in Warsaw/ Poland. I travel at least once a year to Poland and myself and my family we are always staying at this hotel. Very convenient location , walking distance to downtown of Warsaw , walking distance to Old Town , New Town etc....!!!!. Friendly staff, clean rooms ,beautiful pool, family friendly , great service from the front desk to the room service. Amazing place ,I will give 10 atars. Thank you
