Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.

The location was great, but we were disappointed with the breakfast. Don’t waste your money on breakfast. There are many places around the hotel that offer better food and you won’t smell like the omelet station.

The hospitality was just amazing. Came in to find a bottle of wine, then the minibar was free. They brought wine and made the beds and topped up coffee pods for Turn down service. The room was beautiful, took a deluxe room with a balcony overviewing the street with trams. The bathroom and amenities were just great. Walking distance to everything. We love it!

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado. Quarto limpo, confortável e espaçoso. O café da manhã foi um grande diferencial. Restaurante aberto todos os dias até tarde e serviço de quarto disponível. Experiência muito positiva.

Great location, room appeared clean, however the smell was very unpleasant. It seems that the kitchen regularly shares the same ventilation system. We came back to the smell of fried fish which consumed the room and varied throughout the day/evening of whatever they were cooking. Calling down to the front reception several times resulted in no resolution. This seems like a regular occurrence at this hotel and the answer from them is to just put up with it until the kitchen closes. If you don’t mind you and your clothes smelling like the back of a kitchen fryer, then it’s a great area of Lisbon. But we won’t be returning for this price :(

One of my favorite hotels in Lisbon! The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable, and it even included a standalone bidet. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Lisbon, making everything conveniently walkable. Outstanding service all around.

Our stay was really amazing since the moment we did the check-in We have 2 rooms one was already ready for us. Rooms clean, service was great and food was great. We love to come back

Great location! Perfect for walking around Rossio square and near a lot of cafes and shopping. Our stay was nice, comfortable bed and friendly staff. It’s a little noisy being on a transit street but still worth the stay.
