My mom and I had a great stay at Hotel da Baixa during our trip to Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, which made our travel days much less stressful, and they were also very helpful with our luggage. One thing we really appreciated was how safe the hotel felt. The doors remain locked and there is staff available at the front desk 24 hours a day, which gave us peace of mind coming back in the evenings. The location was also ideal. We were able to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants around Lisbon, which made exploring the city very convenient. The only small thing to note is that because the hotel is located along a bus and tram route, Ubers can’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel. However, it’s only a short walk and didn’t impact our stay much. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return the next time we’re in Lisbon.

We have had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite and pleasant in all areas from frontdesk, restaurant and cleaning staff. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. They provided some great recommendations and helped plan some brilliant day trips. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the room was spacious and clean and the bed was luxurious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
