The location and the room were excellent. Very walkable to Alfama and other tourist sites. The room was small but had ample storage and was very modern. Interactions with the staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you are using Uber/Bolt for pickup or drop-off, they prefer to do so a block away because of the pedestrian traffic and trolley, so be prepared for that; it is less than a block to the pickup spot.

In the heart of historical Lisbon, it lets you walk to most of the main attractions. The style and comfort rival any 5-star hotel. His restaurant is excellent too.

Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.

Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.

The classic room was surprisingly tiny and we asked for an upgrade they were able to accommodate for more money which we were willing. The staff was very helpful with any requests we had and the breakfast was excellent! I only realized too late they also had an omelet station, but all the other food was plenty, especially all the fruit.

The property is situated in a pretty central location in walking distance to lots of places. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast spread was pretty good. The staff were super helpful with recommendations and setting reservations. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful staff. Take the free tour! The hotel was beautiful, the room was lovely, and the location quite good.
I can’t praise the staff enough. Pedro’s tour was the highlight but everyone there was so helpful and very friendly.
I would go back to Lisbon just to stay there!

The reception staff was amazing and responsive regarding booking tours, transfers, and recommendations. The rooms were nice. I wouldn’t choose avoid the ones faci g the street as the trolleys are quite noisy. Would recommend and stay again. Would definitely request a tour with Nuno. He was thorough and organized.
