Great staff. FLAT walking in Biaxa. Pedestrian street but manageable with Ubers and luggage. Manager made breakfast complimentary for no reason. Just told staff to do it!

This hotel was a nice place to stay, but we were surprised it ranked number 1 in Lisbon, especially given it didn't have a pool. That said, the room was lovely and the location certainly is excellent. The breakfast was very nice, but not exceptional. A nice perk was that they leave snacks and treats from the breakfast for all the guests to eat later on. Ultimately, we had no complaints about the hotel. It just didn't have the usual amenities that we would expect of the number 1 ranked hotel in Lisbon. Would I stay here again, tho? Absolutely!

Location is ideal in center of town. only draw back is taxi and Uber aren't allow on that street so you have to walk about a block. Staffs are extremely helpful with registration, dinner recommendations, reservations and knowledgeable concierge. Pedro night shift, Pedro and Rafael day shift are amazing and very friendly. Room is sound proof as advertised. Unlimited complimentary water bottle is a nice touch in addition to Kruger coffee machine in room. Highly recommend

Beautiful individual hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Room a good size, very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast great, staff very helpful and pleasant bar area, would definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice, room was nice but small. Make sure you request a room on the opposite side of the neighboring building that is under construction. We were subjected to jackhammers, drills, yells, and other machinery all day long until 9pm the days we were there. I may have misunderstood the amenity of 24/7 shuttle to airport as I was under the impression it was complimentary but it was €80 for the car ride, one way, to the airport for our family. You will be better off calling a taxi or an Uber as they will be much cheaper.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel da Baixa. The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

I can’t say enough good things. I’ve been to Europe numerous times and this was definitely one of the better hotels. Staff - personable, attentive and prompt Room - spacious, fresh, updated, and clean (one issue was the AC fan vibrated all night but that happens the issue will be whether they fix it) Restaurant - really good much better than I expected for a hotel

Very cute boutique hotel in the city centre. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Nice breakfast. The front desk staff were particularly accommodating and eager to help. The hotel is situated is in a pedestrian area so cabs can't come to the door of the hotel, so you may have to drag your bag from wherever the taxi can drop you. My biggest problem was finding my way around the neighborhood. Many intersections do not have street names and my GPS was useless among the narrow, cobbled pedestrian streets. Although it is mostly flat around the hotel making it physically easy to walk around, I got lost following my GPS which led me in circles and told me to go down streets that weren't there. Granted, I'm not much into tech, but it was gratifying that my techie friend got us lost too. It kept telling us we were 2 minutes away and suddenly it was 8 minutes, then 2, then 12. We finally gave up and found a taxi that could drop us off a few blocks away from the street the hotel was on and we could walk there. But that's me. Our guides parked close to the hotel so we did not miss any of our tours. But about the hotel again. I found it charming and beautiful and would definitely stay there again.

This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Rooms were clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. 10/10!

this property is absolutely gorgeous. the rooms are very pretty and modern. the bed is so comfy. what really made my stay over the top is the staff and particularly the customer service manager Pedro. he took us on a free walking tour (included if you stay at the hotel) and told us incredible stories about the history and informative facts about Lisbon. he is incredibly personable and kind. he got to know everyone in the group and even knew our names. he gave us a ton of recs for lisbon and lagos in the algarve. truly the highlight of the hotel! all the staff was very kind and the cappuccino at breakfast was delicious. another huge pro for me in the hotel was the AC- air conditioning. i am from the US and the AC in this room really lived up to what i wanted. 10/10 recommend! the location is also amazing. a walk uphill to the bairro alto area but flat and easy to get to the river and pink street. lots of trams nearby. so many good restaurants and shops.

Bright, clean room.

The property was clean and is in a great location in Lisbon. The sites, shopping, and great food are all within walking distance. The staff is great and breakfast was really good as well. I would definitely stay here again.
