Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Zamzam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

We received update to their suite. It’s was amazing.
The staff are professional and friendly. The location is superb, only a few steps from the mosque. Also close to their shopping market. We loved the hotel.

The breakfast buffet has many good options. The parking is not free (you can choose either hourly or daily rates). It is close to Haram (men gates, especially 37, are closer) and near to Rawdah entrance (gates 37-38). The new museum building is right next to it (has man restaurants as well). The main drawbacks were: the breakfast was not clear here when paid for it through Expedia if it include the whole party of 5 or not (at the hotel I discovered it was for 2 adults only) and the sl2nd drawback it was more expensive than if paid through their main app (and I can't collect their rewards as well!!).

The rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of room for extra activities. My stay was 3 nights; some of the things were outdated, and no USB or USB-C connection. Location was excellent, walking distance to Haram. Plenty of things to do around. If you are there just for a spiritual visit, this hotel is perfect. It is a 3-star, and I don't mind staying here again.

Loved the customer service. Location is ideal.
Cleanliness can be improved.
Dishes were not cleaned properly and vacuuming the room seemed rushed.
We noticed black mold in the washroom, shower ceiling.
Breakfast can be improved.
