Overall great experience

We booked a room with Haram View, but when we checked in we found out it is "Partially Haram View" the whole hotel is couple blocks from Haram!

I recommend for anyone trying to stay super close to alharm ❤️ Clean , good customer service, easy check in and out . Rooms really big and clean

This has been our 4th stay at this hotel and every time we love staying here. The convenience to the haram is fantastic and the service and staff are always courteous and accommodating. We find the hotel peaceful and calm which is very fitting to the city it’s in. Would highly recommend

Nice place very close to alnabwai mosque

Very good place

Room carpet appeared to be clean but old and I’m sure holding a lot germs inside. Inside city view 4 twin bed rooms the beds were decent. Bathroom Toilet seats were old, standing shower decent and clean. Hotel staff very friendly and polite! Breakfast service A plus. Hotel is convenient. But. Overpriced!

Staff at the reception not very professional and helpful. Food was cold, crowded not organized.

It was a perfect stay

The room was very good located but there was lining in between make the view worse and refund option was not available, and the shower was so horrible only the green dome view was nice and lighting was not visible a lot in the room

The property location is good and staff is good breakfast was very good , only thing I found later was charges online reservation was way more than if booked locally

Nice hotel, nice Location and customer service

It's very close to the Rawda side of the Masjid (3min walk), and this side is all new with new shopping areas. This is the area that is in front of the Qibla. ATM in lobby was very convenient. Next door outdoor restaurants are all modern (next to Museum of Prophets). I would use them again.
