Please pray that we can come back to Madina and stay with Pullman Zamzam again soon. We tremendously enjoyed our stay here. Hats up to the front office lady, great concierge, and restaurant staff. One request though. Can you please add more options to the in-room menu? I tried to order online but it was too much stress dealing with the drivers. Thank you.
