The hotel is very close to the men's prayer room. However, the women's prayer room is quite a long walk. There was a slight problem/miscommunication when checking in. Initially, they said the room was ready, but when we arrived, they said it wasn't. After confirming again, they said it was ready and we got a room on the 10th floor. The key was given, then suddenly a female staff member took the room card again and said there was a problem with the room. So we had to wait again, finally getting a room on the 9th floor. When we went to the toilet in the lobby, the water hose leaked and water pooled on the floor, so we had to report it to the staff.

Everything is good. Improvement for breakfast: - Need to add more protein menu (meat, chicken, fish) - Pastry is bit frozen, and we weren't allowed to warm it up in the toaster.

When checking in, there was only one hotel staff member serving, so the queue was quite long and irregular.

I was given a complimentary upgrade by the nice young lady at the front desk. The room was clean and quiet… My staff will always be remembered.
