房間非常大 也有一張餐桌 簡單說就是一房一廳 而且鎖都是密碼鎖不會有卡片弄丟的問題 還有一個簡便廚房你可以有小bar台還能夠自己煮東西吃 另外有附贈燙熨斗的 房間內設備非常齊全 wifi 電視 netflix 交通也算不錯 雖然離市區有一點點距離 但是有一天把衣服放在床上時 客房服務後就把我衣服丟在地上 感覺不是很好

Wasn’t aware until after booking that there is no reception, everything is sent to you through WhatsApp which is fine but if you need to store your luggage you need to go down the street to the sister hotel. Normally this is no issue but the receptionist was rude and when we were told to come back before 6 pm to retrieve our luggage, the receptionist was already gone. We fortunately got lucky and ran into other guests who were staying at the sister hotel who let us in. The hotel was quite lovely and spacious and very convenient to where we needed to go. Thank you

One of the worst hotels I've ever booked. We received check in instructions via email while we were on our flight to Edinburgh. Upon arrival we had no idea how to get into the building. We tried calling with no success (although this was probably user error given I've never tried calling an international number). Other guests finally came out, let us into the building and told us to check our email for the checkin instructions. We were in a room on the 2nd floor and had to lug our bags up 4 or 5 flights of stairs. Once arriving to our room we discovered a shabby, poorly maintained room. The curtains were torn and wouldn't close and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. We ended up checking out before even staying 1 night. Since it was after hours, I contacted management through the Expedia messaging system letting them know we were checking out and requesting at least a partial refund. 4 days later, I have still not received a response. We found a much nicer hotel closer to everything we needed at a much lower price. I highly recommend skipping this hotel.

We had an issue with luggage we left with the office. We were told we had until 6:00pm to retrieve, as the office stayed open until that time. We got back at 5:40pm and office was closed and locked. I called after hours number AND NOONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I had to stand by door until I got lucky and some resident of the building came out and kindly let me in to the hall where I had left our luggage. And door jamb of bathroom came off and bathroom was small and there was mold around the bottom Moulding. LOTS of stairs to get to our room- be advised that with no elevator, you better not forget anything! Stairs were ok, but the luggage situation was unacceptable!

Gerek konumu gerek konforu ile Edinburgh tatilimizi keyifli geçirmemizde çok etkiliydi. Otel gayet temiz ve ferah konum olarak da çok güzel ve nezih bir yerde. Tavsiye ederim.

We did not get the "luxury suite" that was pictured when I booked it. It was a tiny room in the basement instead of a large suite on the 2nd floor. Poor advertising indeed. Also, since our flight arrived at 9 am, they told us we could leave our luggage safely at their other property. At this property, all bags were stacked in the hallway next to the main entrance... Not very safe at all. Anyone could have taken anything. No lockup, no security.

Perfekt lokaliserat boende. Nära Haymarkets station så man slipper släpa packningen och bra avstånd in till centrala delen av Edinburgh. Superjobbiga trappor så har ni mycket packning välj rum längre ner i byggnaden. Perfekt litet trinett kök med kylskåp. Lyhört och otäta dörrar, men det var så lugnt i byggnaden så att det inte gjorde något.

Lovely clean suite at the top of the house. Was a bit wary after reading some reviews but was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! Fab comfy bed, small kitchen with hob, microwave, tea/ coffee making facilities & supplies. Rainfall shower with plenty of hot water, great towels, toiletries provided. TV with lots of channels, only thing missing was a fridge. Would be great to have in Summer. Lots of stairs, no lift but I knew this prior to booking. Self check in without issue. Don't book if you have mobility issues. 3 minute walk..with cases from Haymarket tram/ train station. Beautiful Cathedral across the road. Lovely safe area. I'll be back! Thanks Grosvenor rooms.

Room was very large and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! Train station was very close, as well as great cafes and shops.

Perfect base. Room clean. A couple of things a little tired such as a torn chair seat, ill fitting curtains but location great.

This property was in a fantastic area! We really enjoyed the neighborhood and all that it had to offer. It was an easy location to get to other things we wanted to see in Edinburgh. Train and buses were easy to get to but we found it just as easy to walk everywhere. The beach was a short cab ride away and fantastic. Be aware however, this property does not have a lift. We were on the top floor and had to carry our heavy bags up many flights of stairs. The room was comfortable. We all hated the rainfall shower. However, we would stay again as the location and cost were great.

We stayed in the smaller room, which wasn’t quite what we expected as the photos made it look larger. The table and chair felt oversized for the space, and the window was a bit difficult to open. The kitchen being downstairs from the bedroom was a great idea, though, and very convenient. The room could use a few touch‑ups, but overall the building is nice. The tram and buses are just down the road, making it easy to get into the town centre and to the airport.
