服务很好 早晨赶船去belfast，酒店准备的打包早餐很温馨。

Hotel is a bit basic clean and welcoming situated not far from train station and bus services also close to town centre which is like all others run down the harbour area is also a bit run down plenty of pubs nearby the swimming pool is OK.but there is no shower in the actual pool.area so when you come out Jacuzzi and Sauna you have to return to changing area shower and then return to the pool Food and Drink was not overly expensive and a good choice for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner

The room was beautifully clean and freshly decorated. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and really kind to my dogs. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, close to the water with beautiful views. The pillows were not great however. It took me a while to get to sleep as they were flat, bumpy and too firm. But the room had everything else that we needed. I would stay again.

We really appreciated the bright and helpful staff being available to show us our room in the very early hours of the morning

This hotel is a great place to stay, eat and play. Beds are great. Food was delicious. Location is handy and scenic.

Great staff, lovely food. Very handy for the ferry. The hotel is a little old fashioned but they are doing renovations at the minute. I love staying here

We had a very comfortable stay, clean comfortable room, good food in the evening and at breakfast, friendly helpful staff, excellent amenities, however the hotel building and rooms were a little tired.

Our family kg 4 had a wonderful stay and we were delightfully surprised by the friendliness and fun activities we found during our overnight. The pool was fine if not a bit chilly but was offset by the warm hot tub. We enjoyed getting dinner in the Curling Club’s bar and kids had fun watching a match! Breakfast was good, cold buffet was maybe a little basic but the hot to-order items made up for it and the staff were kind and helpful. Our room had just been renovated and was perfect for our family and pet. There were thoughtful extras like bath robes and slippers and 2 tvs! The only downside was the shower in our room had such low pressure (barely a stream!) and was cold so I could only opt for a bath. Luckily the kids and my husband had showered at the pool. For one night it was fine but maybe wouldn’t want to be stuck without a shower for more than that. Other than the shower everything else was great.

Staff were really really lovely. Nice feel to the place. Great amount of EV chargers on site. Place was clean. Smart tv in room which was nice. Only downside really was the walls are thin, so we could hear multiple rooms through the night.

Lovely new refurbished modern room, smart tv, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with modern shower, have stayed here many times, never fails to deliver.

Ageing hotel but pleasantly surprised with the bar and curling facilities onsite. Breakfast is ok, but shame about the miserable staff serving. I felt more like cattle than a customer.

This is 3rd visit to hotel, staff excellent a mix of young and old that makes a profound difference from other hotels i have visited that tend to have to many young people that lack the experience.

I had specifically booked a room that catered for my disabled husband with additional mobility issues. As the lift was broken & he couldn't use the stairs, we were given what they said was the only alternative room. It had a fixed shower over a bath, both of which he couldn't use for health & safety reasons. It was suggested he use the Gents' Changing Rooms for the pool!!!! As a male only facility I wouldn't be able to supervise or assist him .... totally unacceptable. We've stayed here several times as it is convenient for the ferries & the beds are comfortable and the breakfast excellent, however, we will look for somewhere different in the future. A phone call earlier in the day would have given us the opportunity to look for alternative accommodation. Totally disregarded my husband's needs.

Great place. Lots happening during our stay. Curling convention, disco. Breakfast superb. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
