Overcrowded and busy hotel. Lift always many people are using, especially when u are back at 10:30. Lobby is always packed as they combined the hotel bar and lobby reception seating are together. It’s already too small of a space for lobby reception already, don’t understand why they combined the bar to be at ground floor. It’s just too busy Don’t understand why the Luggage storage is at lobby, it also made the whole lobby so crowed. They just lay all luggage’s along the side of the back entrance, makes the walkable path so narrow. As for the bedrooms, they are way too small, we didn’t have enough space to open out luggages. The layout of the room is quite weird as well. When you step inside the room, you are already in the bathroom together. Super small space. it’s ok for 1 single guest, but space is quite tight for 2 person for the regular rooms.

Very comfortable

The hotel is located in a very convenient place with shopping mall nearby. The bedroom located in the loft which provide more space. The room provides purified drinking water which is a big plus.

Service is sucks. Awful management. The staff does not have the least service mindset. I never had such a bad experience in Singapore hotels. This is the worst. I moved to Oasia Novena hotel eventually.

床有蛩，咬得很厲害，廁所水不足，淋浴間晚上有水聲。

前臺職員辦理入住態度敷衍，不告訴知我就安排其他房型，也沒有清楚告知我有關停車優惠，讓我無辜遭遇損失。 我的住宿一共11晚，分了四張訂單。職員居然說沒辦法保障一定住同一間房。非常離譜。 房卡要在電梯感應才能上到指定樓層，本來是很好，無奈房卡經常故障。我住了五晚上，壞了三次。進了電梯卻去不到房間樓層，還要浪費時間下去前臺重新辦理房卡。非常難以接受。再來，電梯經常擁擠，每次都要花五分鐘以上才能進到電梯。 早上10點出門，下午5點房價也沒打掃。經理還給一堆藉口。乾脆承認失誤吧！ 完全不推薦這家飯店，別考慮了。

Overall the hotel is great, it’s just the rooms are a bit small, Water supplier and power are also good, the location is very convenient to downtown.

方便就腳，附近有得食有得行街，

酒店地理位置優越，交通方便 地鐵站附近，而且鄰近商場 亦有很多地道的食肆可以選擇 鄰近市中心 十分方便

地點佳附近很好逛，2個地鐵也近，後面就是雅柏熟食中心。 櫃檯中文也通，早餐不錯，房間有點小，隔音不錯。 預算夠的話推樓中樓房。

非常糟糕的經驗，飯店隔音非常差，整晚聽到隔壁的講話及洗澡聲，完全不值這個價位！

距離地鐵站只是幾分鐘步行路程，地鐵站有兩條線，可直接前往濱海灣、Chinatown，轉車往聖淘沙都很方便。鄰近武吉士街和兩個商場，購物和食飯方便。步行便可前往阿拉伯區參觀。

The room is clean and comfortable.The duplex room is much better than normal room.

酒店鄰近武吉士站，步行約5分鐘，附近亦有大型購物商場及食店。而MRT亦有兩條路線到達，可容易到達新加坡大部分景點

Location, traffic, facility, service are perfect except the room is pretty small and easy to kick knees/feets.

隔音差了一點，但整體舒適度很棒！

第一天入住的房間淋浴間很多昆蟲，但第二天我主動要求下，換了另一間，很好! Loft值得一住。空間很實用！
