The hotel is excellent in term of its location. The room and the staffs are okay, however, my only problem was how small the toilet is. We don't have room to move around, but the shower was okay. The rain shower was very nice. Overall, our stay was really good and might be staying there in the next visit
Very comfort and thank you for bring me a new life 👍🏻
- Romantic Vacation
I stay in the signature loft room, overall I like the concept of the room since the bedroom is upstairs lol, but the bathroom is too small and no space to hang your clothes inside.
- Family vacation
The room pretty small but worth with the price , cozy and homy room, near to food court and near shopping centre. But very hard to call reception, dining in room , housekeeping , and others. Amenities not complete all time, sometimes they give amenities, sometimes not given. But overall its ok and will stay here if go to singapore again.

best hotel in bugis, great location and this hotel very much...
- Business travel
we stayed from 13.08 up to 15.08. we do make alert for making up the room in the morning however turn out the room is still messy. that's happening 2 days in a row...
Unexpected small room. Had stayed in another mercure before and it s so much different. The entrance as well, so crowded and hustle. The receptionists aren't as friendly as others. The plus side is just the location. Not going back for sure.
- Family vacation
It's a nice place to stay 😍😍
Nice place, nice location... awesome
- Family vacation
Super, we stayed at loft room and love the room so much. Near bugis junction, near MRT bugis, near bus station queen street. Recommended!!
