Gorgeous hotel, befitting of the very close Alhambra location. Our huge room was amazing with view of the Alhambra, at night especially pretty, soaking tub in middle of room with beautiful windows.Beautiful terrace for drinks, we had an amazing dinner, the tarte cake with chestnut sauce melts in your mouth. Very close walk to the monument and a beautiful garden. Peaceful

This is a gorgeous and very comfortable hotel with great views over Granada. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and were made to feel very welcome by the staff.

This is a hotel long past its prime - the rooms and facilities need an upgrade - everything feels very old and dated. There is a strong unpleasant perfume smell throughout the entire hotel and the food is awful. You can tell this was once a nice hotel, but now it feels completed behind the times.

Common areas stunning and the staff at reception and concierge/bookings were absolutely amazing. I found my room very underwhelming however, to the degree I had to look it was the one I booked (honestly still not convinced), bar staff were also average in regards to service the one day I had lunch there.
