I loved this hotel! You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to stay. The views were phenomenal including the sierra mountains. Staff was great and the rooms impeccable. The only only thing I disliked was the double beds pushed together and would have preferred down softer pillows. .

Was a total splurge but so worth it. The room views of the city through the keyhole window were epic. The check in was elite and we felt so special. Great location to walk to the Alhambra. Only downside was the long, stepped walk back up each night but we knew that when we booked it and it wasn’t really that bad.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Rooms were incredible. Staff was friendly. Food was unbelievable. Great location. The breakfast was the best we had in all of Spain.

Overall a very nice hotel with a wonderful view from the restaurant and bar. The breakfast in particular was wonderful. The reason I won’t give it a 5 is that they refused the amenity of 20% off of food and drink. We were not told it only applied in the main restaurant. It is interesting that a 5 star hotel won’t honor a $15.00 credit off the food bought in the bar. On the Expedia website it says 20% off food and beverages. I hate when places don’t honor what they promise.

Hotel is in close proximity to Alhambra, great view of town. Okay rooms/junior suites that may need some upgrade. Service average at best for a 5 star hotel, examples: check-in time 14:00h, we had to wait until 16:00h until room was ready (we had to ask for it); room cleaning was requested at 9:00h to be done by 13:00h, not done by 15:00h; at breakfast dirty plates were not removed, no one around to sign check, ckeck-out was very slow and unfriendly, etc. It was our second stay at the hotel, this time we had booked three junior suites/rooms because of proximity to Alhambra, for our bext stay in Granada we certainly look for other options.
