I truly loved my stay at this wonderful hotel. Right next to AlHambra Palace which I specifically came to Granada to visit. Close to downtown Granada however be aware of the steep downhill and uphill walk. Great view, spacious room, and bathroom. Good service.

While my wofe and i did not est breakfast she is celiac and cross contamination scares us. We did order room service the food was delicious and my wife has remained uncontaminated with gluten!!!! This is a huge deal for someone with celiac. The hitel smells amazing upon entry and its very warm and inviting. The staff are impeccable and multi lingual we speak primarily english and only a little spanish and were able to effectively communicate with every single staff member we came in contact with. The views of the city view rooms are incredible we got lucky and got to watch a thunderstorm roll in over the city. And you have the sierra nevada mountain range to take in from your window as well. The beds are comfortable and they have a pillow menu which is amazing for those with allergies. If you plan on going down to the plazas be prepared for a short hike up and down the small ornate city streets. Only took us about 12 minutes to walk down to the plaza nuevo took about 20 minutes to walk up as it is a little steep in some areas. If you are going to the alhambra for a tour or just to wander this is the place to stay its just a 9 minute walk from the front door. I truly love this hotel and if i ever come granada again i will be staying here and no where else. My expierence was exceptional. We had to leave very early on the morning of our check out this was before they had bellmen in. The front desk came up to help us with our bags. It was clear no is not in any staff members voca

I loved this hotel! You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to stay. The views were phenomenal including the sierra mountains. Staff was great and the rooms impeccable. The only only thing I disliked was the double beds pushed together and would have preferred down softer pillows. .

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, ebenso die Aussicht aus den Restaurants. Die 5 Sterne sind allerdings eher Landeskategorie. Dinge wie Gepäckservice (dieser wäre willkommen gewesen, da einige Treppen zu bewältigen sind) sucht man vergebens. Die Einrichtung ist erkennbar in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn alles sauber und nichts defekt ist. Die Preise im Restaurant sind für das nur knapp überdurchschnittliche Angebot zu hoch. Das Personal ist allerdings durchaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT 5 STAR,, for my opinion is 2 STAR HOTEL MAXIMUM Room Service:; If is a 5 star hotel why yo do not provide room service after 11pm. NO FITNESS CENTER NO SWIMING POOL Staff pretty good, people excellent. Rooms: out of date. Carpet smell bad, they need to change the carpet, AVOID carpet and install marble, tiles.

Great location. A quick 10 min walk to Alhambra. However, a lot of improvements can be made. The staff were not accommodating and the food was average. The hotel seems to be stuck in the 80’s.

Overall good experience but I wish the staff was more diligent about handling valet. They didn't tell me that it takes 30 minutes to get the car back. In addition even when the car arrived they didn't tell us while we were waiting in the lobby. I had to go out and check for myself and found out that the car was already there. I then told the staff who then brought the key from inside which means they were aware of the car's arrival and we were sitting right in front of them.

Was a total splurge but so worth it. The room views of the city through the keyhole window were epic. The check in was elite and we felt so special. Great location to walk to the Alhambra. Only downside was the long, stepped walk back up each night but we knew that when we booked it and it wasn’t really that bad.

The room was clean and tidy. The sinks were small in the bathroom, there was no space to put your toilet bag down. The staff were attentive in the breakfast room and bar area.

I loved this hotel! You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to stay. The views were phenomenal including the sierra mountains. Staff was great and the rooms impeccable. The only only thing I disliked was the double beds pushed together and would have preferred down softer pillows. .

Overall good experience but I wish the staff was more diligent about handling valet. They didn't tell me that it takes 30 minutes to get the car back. In addition even when the car arrived they didn't tell us while we were waiting in the lobby. I had to go out and check for myself and found out that the car was already there. I then told the staff who then brought the key from inside which means they were aware of the car's arrival and we were sitting right in front of them.

Was a total splurge but so worth it. The room views of the city through the keyhole window were epic. The check in was elite and we felt so special. Great location to walk to the Alhambra. Only downside was the long, stepped walk back up each night but we knew that when we booked it and it wasn’t really that bad.

The room was clean and tidy. The sinks were small in the bathroom, there was no space to put your toilet bag down. The staff were attentive in the breakfast room and bar area.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Rooms were incredible. Staff was friendly. Food was unbelievable. Great location. The breakfast was the best we had in all of Spain.
