Mini bar was well stocked with water, Moet, sparkling water, sodas. There were snacks available in the room as well. We did get one giant water for free.
Air con worked wonderfully.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff was very kind and helpful, allowing us to check in late when I messed up our train tickets.

Everything was great except that we were there on a Sunday night and the dining around the area was limited.
The horrible part is that I woke up with blood around my pillow and covered in bed bug bites. (room 403) 5 days later still itching and blistering. Disgusting. Hope I didn’t bring any home with me!!

Cheezy decoration; staff at reception don’t bother to say hi or even look up when you walk in or out like nonexistence. We are Asian so don’t know how if white the experience may be more friendly
