An excellent, modern hotel (though the hipster 'music' theme was a bit overblown). Excellent location close to the Madrid Chamartin station. Nice swimming pool and exercise room. Reliable WiFi. (Unfortunately, like other hotels in Spain, they don't have real coffee in the room ('instant coffee' is not real coffee).)

The hotel itself is decent, though the location feels a bit questionable. Unfortunately, the front desk staff (especially the older man) were not welcoming and seemed to lack basic customer service skills—there was no greeting upon arrival and no acknowledgment when spoken to. I can’t say for certain, but as a researcher observing interactions, I couldn’t help but wonder if my experience might have been different had I not been a person of color. While I’m not making unfounded accusations, the lack of warmth and professionalism left me questioning. My suggestion: show a bit more warmth, especially toward guests of color, as our experiences abroad may be shaped by different histories, emotions, and cultural contexts.
The ladies at the restaurant, the gentleman at the lounge, the housekeepers were fantastic.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. We had the family suite which was 2 rooms connected by a small hallway between. Rooftop bar was amazing and breakfast buffet was super.

Had a very nice stay in this music themed hotel. The rooms were lovely and our son loved the cool vibe and the different themed floors. The outdoor pool area was very relaxing and a great facility to have in the centre of the city. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but we found it quite difficult to order a drink or food at certain times of the day. The 20 minute wait for a gin and tonic in the sky bar (roof terrace) left us heading back to the downstairs bar where the atmosphere was actually much nicer. A lovely hotel, but more staff needed in some hospitality areas.

It was wonderful. Pedro snd Enrique welcomed us at reception. They were great. Our room was ready. We couldn’t have an upgrade as there were no rooms available. We did have a lovely spacious room though and great shower room.
We also booked a premium room for our daughter and family which was fab and close by. We spent most of the day at the pool. Sunbeds and towels provided and lifeguard all day.
It was really fabulous trip
