Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. We had the family suite which was 2 rooms connected by a small hallway between. Rooftop bar was amazing and breakfast buffet was super.

Had a very nice stay in this music themed hotel. The rooms were lovely and our son loved the cool vibe and the different themed floors. The outdoor pool area was very relaxing and a great facility to have in the centre of the city. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but we found it quite difficult to order a drink or food at certain times of the day. The 20 minute wait for a gin and tonic in the sky bar (roof terrace) left us heading back to the downstairs bar where the atmosphere was actually much nicer. A lovely hotel, but more staff needed in some hospitality areas.

It was wonderful. Pedro snd Enrique welcomed us at reception. They were great. Our room was ready. We couldn’t have an upgrade as there were no rooms available. We did have a lovely spacious room though and great shower room.
We also booked a premium room for our daughter and family which was fab and close by. We spent most of the day at the pool. Sunbeds and towels provided and lifeguard all day.

I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options around for breakfast, because 25 europe per person is what the hotel

We stayed here because it was very convenient to the Charmartin train station, this was my second time staying there. The restaurant bar area is beautiful. Outside area is very nice too.

My husband & I stayed here one night as we arrived on the train from Alicante and needed to fly out the next day. This was a great location relative to the train station and we were able to walk to the hotel. The staff at check in were great, the room was very spacious, extremely clean, and the hotel itself is so cool with the music theme. The beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable. The burgers at the restaurant were yummy and the breakfast the next morning was everything we needed to start the day. Highly recommend!

A bit far from city center but we grabbed a metro card and used public transportation or a taxi to get around the city. Hotel is modern, staff is excellent and property was extremely clean and well taken care of. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
