Prompt excellent help from staff when needed

I was in the old part of Bilbao and near shops, cafes and restaurants. Transport was good as it was near bus stops and a metro station.

Todo bien.

Unusual hot weather. Fans available. Helped but ceiling fan off and on. Stuffy. Kitchen nice. Bed and shower nice.

Nice room in a great location in Casco Viejo!

Difficult to find. Dreadful small lift. No instructions provided as to which floor to go. Extremely basic room. Parking a long walk away. When I had a problem connecting to wifi and rung the number given, I had a quick response but it was abrupt and not very helpful. I would not stay again.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Wände sind wie überall in Spanien sehr dünn, man hört also den Nachbarn schnarchen. Zimmer in gutem Zustand, Bad sauber und alles in Blau und Weiß gehalten. Keine Rezeption, läuft alles per Mail oder Whatsapp. Keine Möglichkeit Koffer aufzubewahren, aber im Hotel zwei Straßen weiter gegen Gebühr in Gepäcksafes.

beautiful space, the room had everything we need it. and it was clean nice balcony to the street.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva, perfecto para nosotros, situado en el casco antiguo, rodeado de comercios y restaurantes , lo único que no funcionaba el ascensor hasta la primera planta, supongo que es algo temporal así que no tiene mucha importancia, y por otro lado no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque hay ventiladores, por lo demás todo genial, No tengo queja ninguna.

Esta muy bonito y limpio y en el casco viejo de Bilbao nos encanto.

Practical and great location. Walls are very thin so you hear everything going on around and people going in out of other rooms. Price was extreme at this time as it was the Euro Finals, but assume otherwise probably good value for money. Easy check in/out process. Would have loved a proper window with a view but it was fine. Large shower was a positive! I would have added a photo but my phone was stolen on the street by a pickpocket theif.

It was a wonderful stay with a clean room, easy access, great location, and friendly and helpful staff, who even helped me a lot for taking care of my delayed luggage. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location in Bilbao old town. Very clean, pleasant, functional and a bit funky.

Small but all we needed, smart and stylish accommodation in lovely part of the old town. lots of bars and restaurants close by (we tried Gerrin - excellent modern twist on Basque trad. food). Great sleep on comfy bed - no traffic noise at all. And reasonable price. Planning to go back for a longer stay.
