Mostly the bathroom structural issues in room 441: Shower spray water leaking out to the outside floor due to the poor sealing of the glass door at its bottom. Toilet seat laid out structurely too close to the side of the sink making you sit on it at an uncomfortable angle. Towel rack on the bath tub end is way up/too high to be easily reached, or hanged back on. The bath tub end/entering side is inherently designed curved by its manufacturer making it dangerously slippery/going downhill, especially for seniors, when the right foot is placed first inside the tub to enter (the half width glass shower door blocks you on the left/shower head side from entering). There is no grab bar at your standing level to keep your balance when entering. You must shut the door fully when inside the bathroom, otherwise it slowly moves to the middle of the space at 45 degrees angle just behind you to bug you when you are using the sink. Lack of an additional small towel to wipe off the sprayed water on the sink flat surface after using it, or leave it at that, looking unclean/untidy.

Sehr ringhörig. Allgemein scheint es so, dass kein Unterhalt gemacht wird und nur noch Geld gemacht wird so lange es noch geht. Alles lottert oder ist kaputt im Zimmer. Bei Fenstern zieht es durch (Strassenlärm!), Internet funktioniert in einigen Zimmern schlecht. Frühstück und Lage (für Macarenaviertel oder Nachtleben) ist ok. Ich selbst würde von einer Buchung trotzdem abraten.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially Jack and Jacin. The lobby was nice. Showers are dangerous!

Although the hotel is aging a little bit, I still liked my experience and overall condition of the room and the amenities. The breakfast was also very good, with lots of local food options and international ones. I loved the central courtyard layout and atmosphere. During check-in, the service was really good, although they were a little bit understaffed in the evenings, especially because of the festivities going on. I consider this a very good option if you’re staying in Seville.

Merkeziydi. Çok yeni değildi. Ama temizdi. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi.

Rooms are small if you are unlucky enough to get an interior facing one. Light is limited. Walls are paper thin so can hear other rooms tv, bathroom, conversations. Lifts are noisy so bring earplugs. No English language channels on tvs. Rooftop bar and viewpoint area is closed for renovations. Basic hotel worthy of 1-2 star in my view

La chambre était propre et grande pour nous 4. Un parking est à proximité (celui de l’hôpital) très pratique

Parking needs to be prebooked but the hotel listing on Expedia doesn't tell you. So you have to find public parking which is difficult in Seville

Overall the hotel could use improvement when it comes to cleanliness and some of the staff attitude. Our bed sheets were ripped, the bathroom was somehow dirty, we were provided with a twin room, although from the photo looks presented we booked a double bed with view, but we were placed on the first floor viewing the street garbage large bins. The improvement suggested over the staff has more referance for me when it comes to the lady that checked us in, who was not friendly and made us feel like she was making a great effort in receiving us.

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Es wurde uns bei Fragen immer sehr freundlich und umfassend geholfen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und umfangreich, der Speisesaal sehr schön und edel mit den Deckenleuchten. Unser nach innen liegendes Zimmer war es sehr ruhig und die Klimaanlage hat ihren Dienst getan. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Unternehmungen in die Stadt hervorragend gelegen. SB Markt ist in direkter Nähe ebenso nette Bars/Cafes. Eine Top Adresse um Sevilla zu erkunden.

Enkelt att parkera. Frukosten var hemsk. Allt var det sämsta billigaste kvalité. Det var hög volym pga dåligt isolerat, kännes som en skolmatsal. AC var avstängd pga de inte tyckte det var sommartid. Vi kommer inte bo här igen.

Decent hotel. Good location a little away from the worst tourism. Good breakfast.

Our room looked onto other windows only about 2 meters from ours, there was no air conditioning which meant the room was often way over 21°C, I asked staff about this but they explained they had no control over the heating system and just to turn it off and open the window, which while we did because the room opened onto a very narrow space this made little difference and when we did there was a very loud exhaustion fan which was unbearably loud. The hotel was clean and house keeping were great but I would not recommend the hotel for the reasons above.
