Room 303 smells bad, toilet seat broken from floor base. Area needs taxi to city centre. I wouldn't book again

Whilst the hotel was decent enough, I think it caters for the coaches and large groups so the staff churn through check-in processes with an efficiency that lacks personal service or welcome on an individual level. The paying customer appears to be an inconvenience. The barman deserted his post in the evening and did not respond to pressing the green “call” button. That lost them customers and revenue. A token effort was made to establish the cause of my concerns but I doubt my feedback to the reception staff made it to the manager since that member was the very same person that checked me in. If you are ok with basic service and a room for the night, this hotel is ok but if you want to be valued as a person, look elsewhere.

Room that is very basic for a 4-star hotel, old and not able almost to move inside because it is barely two meters wide. The shower was leaking water outside to the bathroom and the floor was flooded. The only good thing was the vrealfast. I would not really recommend it for the price.

Baño antiguo y muy mal distribuido, muebles ajados y viejos , cama que es un simple canapé suelto con sonido y movimiento , un verdadero engaño por el dinero que te cobran un hotel para extranjeras, no merece la pena venir

Badezimmer war aus den 7o Jahren Dusche in der Badewanne, Sonnst alles in Ordnung

Colchón muy blando para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y a ese precio

es un hotel antiguo, con muros muy delgados se escuchan todos los ruidos de las habitaciones continuas y del pasillo

The housekeeping staff was polite and amazing where in the reception staff was rude and unresponsive. They never pickup the phone or open the parking gates on time. I have to repeatedly press the call bell to have someone to open the gates and then once someone responded they took their own sweet time to open the gate

Muy bien

La habitación interna con una pequeña ventana a un espacio interior de escaleras. Siendo expedía VIP esperaba una mejor habitación. No es podía regular el aire acondicionado y si lo apagaba nos quedábamos sin luz

Me gusto muchos la ubicación y la atención que te brindan al llegar. Muy atentos, y resulta fácil moverse a todos lados.

O hotel está muito velho. Já havia ficado nele mas piorou muito

No me ha gustado nada que no se puede comer ni cenar. Tienen muchas estancias habilitadas pero ninguna da servicio, y tienes quw salir fuera del hotel a comer y cenar. La terraza de la piscina igual de desaprovechada. Las maquinas expendedoras no funcionan la mitad de ellas...

Nice serive and location

Wonderful lobby, great personal, but rooms are showing its age for instance poor quality windows and doors. Parking is expensive, if you are lucky you can find a parking slot near by the hotel. Breaksfast was okay.
