Great staff! The service staff were always friendly and kind. This hotel is close to the train station and Macarena cathedral. It's a bit far from the center. The rooms are very big and comfortable. I loved the rooftop solarium.

Lovely traditional hotel with friendly, very helpful staff in a fabulous location close to bus and taxi stations. Less than 10 mins by bus to Plaza del Duque in the centre river or Triana bridge for €1.40 on buses 13 or C4. Excellent breakfast choice. Only negatives are the pool was closed even though is was 30+⁰ and the shower was quite poor. Despite these we would highly recommend and wouod stay here again.

Excellent value for money. A big room in good condition with all the facilities we could want. Not in the centre but an easy walk both to the centre and to Santa Justa station.

While the hotel was clean and room very comfortable, the walls were so thin I could hear muffled conversation and someone snoring all night! It ruined a positive experience for me. I would have expected a free bottle of water or tea making facilities in the room too.
