Die Anlage wirkt grundsätzlich sehr gepflegt. Das Appartment war sauber. Allerdings war es im Apartment kalt ohne Ende. Die Klimaanlage hatte theoretisch eine Heizfunktion, die aber auch nicht funktionierte. Auch der Safe war defekt. Ja, natürlich hätten wir das alles bei der Rezeption monieren können, dann hätten wir umziehen müssen, wieder Koffer schleppen (Appartements ohne Aufzug) usw. Sorry, bei 4 Sternen erwarte ich einfach, dass Grundfunktionen vor jeder Vermietung kurz geprüft werden und ich mich als Gast mit sowas nicht beschäftigen muss. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne.

Enttäuschender Start – keine 4 Sterne wert Wir haben ein Apartment in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel auf Mallorca gebucht, extra mit separatem Schlafzimmer, damit unser 1,5-jähriger Sohn ungestört schlafen kann. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir unfreundlich und genervt empfangen – keine Begrüßung, kein Lächeln. Wir kamen um 20:44 Uhr nach einem langen Reisetag an, Abendessen war bis 20:30 – es gab nicht mal ein Stück Obst oder Wasser für uns. Das Apartment war alt, muffig und unhygienisch. Der Küchenboden war nass, weil der Kühlschrank abgetaut wurde. Als ich die Rezeption abends anrief, wurde ich abgewimmelt – die Rezeptionistin meinte, sie sei allein und das werde „morgen“ erledigt. In der Nacht ist mein Sohn auf dem nassen Boden ausgerutscht und auf den Kopf gefallen – absolut fahrlässig. Die Dusche war dreckig und rostig, das Kinderbett kaputt, der Boden so schmutzig, dass wir am nächsten Morgen schwarze Füße hatten. Nach Beschwerde bekamen wir ein kleineres Doppelzimmer ohne Rückerstattung der 400 € Preisunterschied. Wieder null Verständnis an der Rezeption. Fazit: Keine Hilfe, kein Service, keine Sauberkeit – dieses Hotel hat mit 4 Sternen rein gar nichts zu tun.

Unfreundlicher Empfang bei Ankunft am späteren Abend. Kein Essen mehr, da wir zu spät ankamen. Kein alternatives Angebot. Apartment meiner Tochter war nass, da der Kühlschrank ausgelaufen war und notfallmässig mit Badetücher abgedeckt wurde. Es roch schimmlig. Wechsel des Zimmers am nächsten Tag war ok. Keine Rückerstattung von € 400 für das doch eher kleine Doppelzimmer für 1 Person und den 1 1/2 jährigen Sohn. Putzequipe und Personen die sich um Umgebungsarbeiten kümmerten, war sehr gut. Schöne Wiese mit Liegen direkt am Strand. Auch verschiedenes vegetarisches warmes Essen vorhanden.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the dinner on an evening - vegetarians are left with salad or stodgy veg, no distinguishing main available and taste is very much towards German guests and each night was very much the same. We did have a problem with leaking air conditioning and was told at reception it was condensation I refused to accept this as normality as it had a safety issue when entering the room and pools of water on tiles made it dangerous underfoot, after 4 attempts over 30 hrs from maintenance it got resolved we did receive a credit back to the room when I asked due to the fault and the inability to sleep because of the dripping. The other room booked was fine with no issues and located next door. The proximity to the bus to Palma, beach access on the doorstep and a few places to have a drink is excellent One improvement the hotel could make is the step that leads to the beach the ones inside the hotel perimeters slope forward and have nothing to hold onto making it difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility problems Overall I would stay here again but only on B&B so there is a change up in food options.

Welcoming on Arrival Room was immaculate, very clean only problem was we’re room was situated at back of hotel was fine but when staying again would ask for pool view but beautiful hotel ideal on beach

das Buffet war reichlich und gut.der Spa Bereich gut,Sauna und Dampfbad etwas in die jahre gekommen. Wir hatten im Bad fast kein Wasser mehr,wurde nachdem wir es gemolden haben sofort erledigt.Reinigung täglich,okey. Personal schien bereits etwas müde zu sein gegen Ende Saison.Nicht immer gleich freundlich.Aber auf Anfragen auch bemüht.

Me ha encantado todo hotel spa limpieza organización del hotel.. por poner un pero de la habitación de cortesía q era una ducha dentro de las consignas… lo podían mejorar

Struttura curata bene, posizione ottima, spa e piscina sono belle alternative al mare. Il servizio ristoro molto positivo. Le camere sono curate con qualche piccola disattenzione ma trascurabile. L'hotel non dava dei bracciali di riconoscimento e non aveva recinzioni, per questo non dá la sensazione di essere sicuri ma non ci sono stati problemi e nel pomeriggio passava sempre una persona della security

Excellent hotel with best position on the best beach in Mallorca. Fourth visit and will definitely return. Last visited in 2022, would say that hotel is better in almost every area. Dining room is cooler, aircon in rooms better, food better, and staff at reception, restaurant and cleaning couldn’t have been more helpful. New sunbeds on the perfect lawn with pine trees in front of the hotel that leads down about 3 steps to the wonderful Playa de Muro beach. Booked bed and breakfast but paid the €20 each for the evening meal on five occasions which was great value. The freshly cooked fish was particularly good and there is an excellent steakhouse just across the road which we visited a couple of times. If I was to make one recommendation for improvement (and this is probably more personal coming from Northern Ireland) it would be that the buffet could include more vegetable and potato options that weren’t cooked or served in oil. I think oil is just normal with most hotels in Mallorca - but the first time I came to Hotel Los Principes every night there was available boiled and peeled parsley potatoes which made it like a home from home. Nevertheless the homemade chips were perfect and the vegetables were plentiful and delicious along with a vast range of salads. I am certain that if I had mentioned the parsley potatoes the hotel would have provided these - but not being a half board guest I felt mentioning would have been inappropriate. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Family holidays . The hotel has a good location. I liked especially inter pool, big enough with water spoiuts and many mini jets in water. Super food for breakfats and the dinner.

Flott beliggenhet, men dessverre er det meste slitent og har sett bedre tider. Rommet lite, men ganske bra. Service er svak, buffet er meget slitt og preges av ødelagt servise etc. Bildene tilsvarer ikke dagens slitte standard.

I’ve had a really high hopes for this hotel. However, as soon as we’ve arrived in the hotel room, a huge mold in the bathroom ceiling welcomed us. We’ve talked to the receptionist and asked if we could change to another suit, the receptionist surprisingly said “mold is common in Mallorca since it’s very humid. I’ll send someone to clean it”.. Like, what the heck? not a mold expert but pretty sure what’s causing the mold is from the other side of the ceiling meaning, the ceiling has been exposed to water for a long time! We’ve tried many times and asked if we could change room, but failed. The person who cleaned the bathroom used a mop to remove the visible mold. The dinner part also made me felt incredibly disappointed. FIRST: Saw a cockroach crawling on the food, a lot of other guests saw it too..after telling the chef the personel quickly removed the cockroach but not the food it crawled into. SECOND: One chef who was grilling the chicken was using the same thong for the raw chicken and cooked chicken when serving the guest. I’ve informed the chef that using the same thong for raw and cooked chicken can cause cross contamination to the food.(this made the chef mad and argued that it was ok to do so). The next day he was being rude and could see/hear him talking to the other chef pointing at me(he did not know I speak spanish btw). THIRD: my husband asked for new beach towels (on sunday u can change towels). The woman incharge made a scene and scremed in front of my kids.

Lo mas positivo, su situación, tan próxima a la preciosa playa. La colocación de muchas hamacas sobre la hierba, mirando hacia el mar, es ideal. El spa, pequeño, pero muy completo. El buffet, tanto para desayuno, como para cena, muy variado, y bueno. La habitación, cómoda y limpia, con una excelente ducha. El personal, muy atentos y simpáticos.

We liked the Sea view from the balcony. The full Moon helped! Room clean and quiet. Shows with differenti music every late evening. They finished early in the night. The beach was a little crowded so we stay there only two times and we visit other beaches: Mesquida, Es Trenc, Formentor. Breakfast very good. We had a very nice stay.

Bueno en general ,pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y como dato las poltronas de playa eran de pago...la comida muy buena

Although dated, the property is quiet and incredibly well maintained. The common areas are comfortable annd clean. Access to a great beach is just outside the gate. The staff are very friendly and able to communicate in multiple languages. The dining options are plentiful and better quality than equivalent properties in its class. The property also has a great location that makes it very easy to navigate using public transportation (all while being able to catch a seat). My partner and I would both do again and recommend.
