The rooms are very spacious, with excellent common areas for working, and the food is great. The only suggestion I have is that during the day, I had to walk to the back of the bar to find someone to take my food order.

The property was close to the airport and close to public transport making it easy to get into city centre. It is further away from most attractions but fairly easy to get around. Cleanliness standards could be better.

Everything was fine but we couldn't check-in when we arrived because the system was down. The balcony door also didn't shut properly so there was traffic noise.

It was as expected.

Friendly staff

Comfortable beds. Good location. Close to the airport and less than 10 minutes walk to a shopping center with plenty cafes and dinning options. Friendly and efficient staff.

Really nice hotel clean modern and the staff are super polite and freindly. Multilingual as well. The choice of food at breakfast is amazing you could stay for a week and have something different every morning. Also room service is pretty (surprisingly) reasonably priced. Its far enough out to be quiet but close enough to be able to get in to the city. 10/15E taxi tops. You can take a nice leisurly walk to the Bernabeu no problem. its 30/40 mins but you make 2 turns. I imagine in the summer when the pool is open its amazing. Would reccomend staying here.

Great hotel

Lovely, clean and modern hotel, near to airport. Booked here to be near Santiago Bernabeu but it was a 45 minute walk to the stadium. However it was a nice experience walking through the different neighbourhoods and seeing how Madrid people live. An Uber to the centre costs around 12 Euros each way and takes 15 minutes. Breakfast was okay but not worth 38 Euros for 2 adults; better heading into town for churros and chocolate at Saint Gines which was delicious. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you don't mind walking and using taxi/Uber or public transport.

Great location

All of the staff were very freindly and helped with directions and travel advice. The breakfast is absolutley fantastic so much choice incredible spread. Room service quality of the menu and price was also very very good. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. I had two issues at the hotel but they didnt really affect our stay. The kettle was broken when we got their it leaked when i filled it up and put it on so i took it to reception but they never sent a replacement. I also got charged 3 different amounts for the same breakfast buffet on each of the three mornings we ate there. Like i say didnt affect the stay just could have been a little better there.

Bedding needs upgrade, very flat pillows. Needed to ask for hand towels in one occasion. Very noisy party last night over 12 pm, no intervention from the hotel reception. Full breakfast cost 20 euros very expensive in terms of quality/price. Observed large metal structure coming off the highest exterior part of the building, luckily nobody was hurt.

Great stay. Staff was helpful and cleaning service was available almost everyday.
