Hemos comido en buffet libre y la comida ha sido excelente asi como los desayunos y la cena

Everything was excellent for an overnight stay. We didn’t have breakfast, just juice and coffee from the bar. Dinner buffet had great choice of food, staff were great.

Nice staff , flexible food options, clean room with all you need. Parking good, location perfect for travelling onwards.

Room was clean , bedding lovely and fresh also towels . Was pet friendly . If there is one criticism would be there was no tea bags or coffee provided . All there was 3 packets with menthol & something else in two little packets .

Chambre spacieuse et plutot confortable. Bac de douche mal lavé. Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres et la présence du bar et de la discotheque engendre des bruits jusqu'à tard. Buffet du soir en manque de légumes frais. Idem au petit dejeuner. Peu d'option saine. Donc le rapport qualite prix n'y est pas. Salle de jeux pour enfant fermée. En bref, pratique pour les Bardenas mais aucun charme, au milieu de rien. En derniere solution ça tient la route.

We as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) had booked a family room, check in was fine, we went up to the room and on first glance what a perfect space for what we needed! My husband did go and ask for 2 additional pillows to be told that they didn’t have any spare?! A hotel - with no spare pillows… husband came back and we then realised the room was infested with ants! They were EVERYWHERE! My husband went down to reception and the lady came up with some insect spray - I asked if we could move rooms and was told no - the other family room was booked up. The lady sprayed the room vigorously and then opened the big window to let the fumes out, we got told that we needed to sit there with the window wide open and therefore curtains for at least half an hour for the fumes to escape - my 3 children were coughing, at gone 9pm they were very tired after a day of travelling and were desperate to sleep but instead we had to sit there with the heat and sun blaring in. My husband went back down to reception to ask what could be done as we weren’t happy about the fact there were literally ants everywhere! Got told there is nothing they can do, they can offer a complimentary breakfast - had we have wanted breakfast then we would have booked - so we turned this down. We asked for a partial refund and got told no. Hotels.com called and spoke to them and nothing! Got given an email - no reply! They literally didn’t care. Aircon barely worked. Woke up to dead bugs in the bath! Not nice.

Ottima base per la visita delle Bardenas Reales. Consiglio la formula mezza pensione, il cui buffet prevede, oltre a insalate, salumi e paste, la possibilità di scegliere carne e/o pesce che vengono cucinati sul momento.

Un bon accueil dans un hôtel au top. Personnel sympathique et attentif. Chambres confortables, et spacieuses. Prix très corrects, pas excessif. Repas buffet bon et peu coûteux. Il ne manque qu'une piscine pour que ce soit totalement parfait

Como siempre muy a gusto

Hôtel irréprochable , chambre magnifique, services impeccables ( accueil trés sympathique et de trés bons conseils) Buffets petit déjeuner et le soir à la hauteur de nos espérances. Il y a même des machines à sous!! Seul bémol , nous n' avons pas accès au magnifique parc ( réservé pour les mariages) Cela n' est pas mentionné dans le descriptif qui nous montre leur très beau parc! un peu de bruit extérieur mais sans conséquence. On conseille car à 20 min des Bardénas et tout le monde est vraiment à votre service !Merci encore à tous le personnel

Accueil très agréable. Tous c'est bien passé

Nous avons globalement passé un très bon séjour de 3 nuits à l’hôtel Luze el Villa. Les chambres sont joliment décorées, la salle de bain moderne. La cafétéria et le restaurant sont très bien (formule à volonté à 17,90 euros en semaine). Certes, l’hôtel se situe en bordure d’une voie rapide mais nous n’avons pas été importunés par le bruit. Seul petit bémol : une fête de mariage à l’arrière de l’hôtel avec des invités qui ont discuté jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit sous nos fenêtres.

Hôtel type autoroute sans charme particulier. Logement convenable, buffet qui permet de se restaurer correctement.
