First the staff was super nice and helpful! Also in a great location and was able to walk to majority of key attractions we wanted to see. Bed was a bit hard but was not a major issue!

Property is high on a hill with great views; has a small park right outside. El Greco museum right next door.

We enjoyed our stay, clean and comfy room, nice restaurant and friendly staff. However like much of Europe, no AC and the room was hot. Said it was still winter so only heat would work. Shouldn't advertise that they have AC, we even filtered for that on our hotel selection to make sure we had AC. The hotel online also advertised they had a bar and it was closed the whole time, the restaurant wasn't always open to be able to get a drink.

Toledo is spectacular and so is the hotel Pintor el Greco.

Central to all locations we were looking for.

Such a lovely hotel, beautiful and interesting facility right on the edge of Toledo’s lovely Medieval section. Minutes walking to almost anything. Parking garage adjacent was very helpful- just be careful on that ramp if you use it, it seems to unexpectedly curve in on you, it’s obvious from the wall many a bumper/fender have been scraped there. Very friendly staff, a rare gem in these days of corporate consolidation and massive hotels.

This is a terrific hotel. Ideally located to explore historic Toledo. The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. BTW - it is great for families.

Good value in Toledo. Triple room was a bit tight for three but adequate. Excellent location.

Great location a short taxi ride from the train station. Beautiful room layout. The room for four is a great option for families and friends alike. Fair warning: People 6ft and up might struggle with the low ceilings/ slanted walls in the rooms that have them.

Everything was just perfect

Loved the hotel and room. Only issue was the A/C did not cool the room. Thankfully, it was cold outside, so we left the windows opened.

This Hotel is well situated. Just be aware their parking is underground in the -2 level, very tight to go up and down. Highly recommended using a compact car. We got the deluxe room so I can’t talk in general but our room had many luxury features. They are just lack of Air Conditioning. We had to open the window and there was a lot of noise from the Street until 2am that things went down. Other than that, great hotel with a great jacuzzi (deluxe room at least)

Very reasonably priced 4 star hotel within a couple of historic buildings. Room was larger than expected for a budget room.

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Everything is easily accessible despite the hills of Toledo. Highly recommended
